Well after a near heart attack and actually scrapping this project i stumbled across the solution to a very big and nasty issue and TADA!!!!Its fixed.
Here my dear friends is the base i promised you...
Hmmmm how about a story to justify it?...
Ok here goes..

One day a couple of old war buddies got together to have a couple of drinks and remember the "good ol days" before the war...
As the conversations went on and on at one point it got serious...
"we must take action" !! says the one man... "im sick and tired of sitting around waiting for help to come "
The other man looked at him with eyes that you would think were spitting flames...The eyes of a man exited and happy that he finally found the someone to share his dream and make it come true...
So he began to speak...
"My dear friend..."
"if its action you want then action you shall have"
The conversation went on till morning and today we will see what that "action " was..

Today we have Hope....Fort HOPE to be precise ..
Fort Hope was founded and created by those 2 men and many more that answered their call .
Its a Military Base made for the "fight back " but hidden out of sight till the right day would come...
It never came though...
It never came because THE BOMBS FELL...
SO here sits humanities last Hope still waiting for "the day"...
Entering The Fort you will find it in all most perfect condition aside from the rust and moss and you will ask yourself "how is this possible ? "
Well...
Ever wonder where Preston wondered off to and would be gone for hours ??
It seems that our dear friend had a small team of minutemen secretly taking care of that base...
Well too bad Preston !!! ITS OURS NOW!!!...

SO there you have it... in case someone asked for lore.. :P
Ok now some details...
The base is WELL protected and i do mean WELL... Its walled in all around with concrete walls several meters tall .
Inside we have all we need to be self sufficient and secure.
The buildings are as follows..
2 barracks that could hold up to 50 people if beds are tightened up more .
1 Administration Building and central office of "The general"
1 Mess hall
1 Big a$ watch ,communications and flight control tower .
1 garage/hanger
1 helipad
1 Hospital/clinic
Small plaza with 4 stores and one all ready to go ;)
1 SWEET!!! bar :P ( i like how it turned out )
and ....(big pause ) ... The Generals personal FarmHouse and farm ( this is a mod by itself )
So basically this mod is actually 3 mods ... Its a military base,Settlement and player home .

Location :
Spawn at vault 111 and go towards the back of the map (north -west ) beware ...youre not alone
Workshop location : in a basement ( look for it ;) )
Bugs ?
No bugs that effect game play ,settlement etc..
Maybe some tiny cracks in a couple of walls but in my laziness i covered them up with some moss instead of tearing down the whole mis-aligned building ( those f..ing bunkers that i will NEVER use again :P ) .
Oh all most forgot...
You also have your very own TRAINING GROUND and Shooting range !! :P Careful though cause i left some "live" fire there to make it challenging ( dont laugh at my "bullseye " electronic targets cause they were as close as i could find to resemble an actual target .
Thats it for now...
Hopefully ive filled in certain requests of friends that wanted this and that into one package..
Also... im all ready working on "the Fortress " which will be a mountain overhang type of build but a bit smaller.
Im sure some of you were wondering who "the General " was ??
Well thats simple since it was the man that took action... ;)

Note: im aware that the beds need to scrapped and replaced ( i havent found a good bed to be used.. ) anything you cant scrap use the console ) (console,point at object,type "disable (no quotes) and enter )
I want to inform you all that i am having some serious problems and cannot be online
all the time as before .
I will explain to clarify the situation.
As ive said in the past im unemployed for over 2 years now and the s.h.i.t. finally hit the fan.
As of 12/12/2016 my home has no power because i couldnt keep up with the bills .
I have moved my main rig to my brother-in -law's business
location where i spend most of my day since home is an
icebox.
You may have also noticed that i am adding a donation button and its obviously NOT to make a profit but to
help me get some essential stuff like a wood stove and a
small electrical generator to cover my basic needs.
