This outfit is something I wanted to create for some time now since I first saw Harley's new look. It's not exactly the same since I didn't have the exact meshes but I hope it's close enough.
Update: I got the makeup to work by upscaling it in GIMP. So here's how to do it yourself, open the .DDS file in GIMP, go to Image > Scale Image, and then set it to 2048 x 2048. After this you'll just export it. I compressed it with BC3 and generated new mini maps. Works perfectly now.
Added Physics To Outfit & Jacket, Fixed Clipping. Added Option To Hide Tattoo, Stocking & Boots Also Added Bra Size Slider To Jacket. Converted To ESL With AWKCR. Made A Separate Looks Menu Customization Compendium Patch Add-on For Face Paint In ESL Format. WILL NOT WORK IS YOUR USING SOME OTHER LMCC Patch That Effects Human Race Category.

sorry for late reply Yes, because its make up just for you and only you, It Adds a DeserterX Category in the Face Paints. as stated only works if your already using Looks Menu Customization Compendium WILL NOT WORK IS YOUR USING SOME OTHER Mod that also Patched LMCC, you would have to merge the two.
i'm having an issue where when i replace with the facepaint it gives me the rusty face so i really need to either learn how to make my own extras category or something could you point me in the right direction or maybe share the esl?

Is there a way to make the make up into an overlay? Because there are many NPC's walking around with this make up now, male and female. the Mayor looks Ridiculous. lol Other than that, This is absolutely Great. :)
One problem though, can't get any shoes to work with barefooted version. Tried shoes from TRS, Easygirls, and F-Me shoes, none of them worked, as soon as I equip shoes the character goes naked, which actually looks quite sexy with just high heels on but that's not the point atm. Any idea what's causing this? A fix is required here me thinks.
EDIT: OMG WHAT WAS I THINKING, JUST NOTICED THE AUTHOR HAS NOT TOUCHED THIS MOD SINCE 5 YEARS AGO, SO THERE IS NO CHANCE IN HELL ANYTHING IS GOING TO GET FIXED, OH WELL.
any possible way you could add this into or get it to work/ play nice with the CBBE body slide ? cause it would be badass if you could or someone could obviously with the appropriate permissions thanks
