    Version 1.2 uploaded with couple of small fixes to some walls and i have removed nav mesh on all 8 small bunker roofs and the diner.

    It seems some settlers like to pretend they are seagulls..

      new version coming out soon......dont invest time into this one...
      New version is VERY different with custom assets and many changes...
      It wont be compatible....

    Love this mod, gonna post pictures once I'm done building! However, one day I noticed my settlers are taking the bridge then heading left along the Atoms Cats coast. I loaded a save from a few minutes prior to that and fast traveled out of there when I first saw that, because I was done with building there for that day. I thought if I left before them, they'd stay there. After hours and hours of playing in different parts of the world, I'm at Oberland Station and about 10-15 of my settlers are about 50-100 feet down the train tracks from Oberland Station (towards the glowing sea) just standing in a circle. I console command a few of them (moveto player) into Oberland to use the workshop on them and it confirms they are assigned to various jobs at Fort Sam. 

    I went to Fort Sam hit the bell traveled to sanctuary and slept. Came back and they were all there! No idea what caused all that. Still this mod is great! 

    EDIT1: They tried to leave again. I realized the happiness was stuck at 20. No idea why. Plenty of food, water, defenses, and beds. I used one of my other mods, (Cheat menu) to raise it to 100. People seem to be staying.... so far.

      this mod is being HIGHLY overhauled with a new layout and MANY custom models... Dont waste your time on this version... Ive been working on it for about 3+ months now and should be releasing inside this month...

      Oh wow! That looks awesome! It's crazy the things you're incorporating are the things I've added myself or in the process of doing. Definitely will be waiting for this version :)

    I would love if this got a Update in maybe a new world space love the idea of new world space settlements as well as for some reason i have my grass textures change with this mod installed. WIth the prison one there are some invisible walls on the walk ways

    3rd game day I get a raider trouble quest.  4th day a kidnapping quest.  Talk about compatibility.  Now if only my provisioner would learn to use the bridge I placed to Warwick instead of going around..... haha.  Endorsed!

      npc'c use  what we call  "preferred pathing"  so that bridge would be a secondary path for them

    This mod is awesome for many different reasons (and a beatutiful renditioin and location)
    - great base
    - great view
    - icebreaker to Atomcats (but they might not LIKE Fort Samson's attackers marching right THROUGH their fascility)
    - and... um, the genuinely hidden Ruby Diamond, Saphire jewel ???

    I'm gonna "R) MOVE" PRESTON THERE AND GIVE HIM THE GENERALS QUARTERS SO HE CAN STARE OUT THE WINDOW AT THE CASTLE AND MAYBE HE WILL SHUT UP ABOUT IT ONCE AND FOR ALL!!
    (the last thing on earth I wanna do is moap around some ugly 18th century looking gunge hole wrecked castle artifact)

    Hey i love the base it’s amazing I’ve been using it as a companion stronghold but now i have 21 companions there and when i fast travel there they either all spawn where i am or in the water or even at warwick honestead is that because i have too many people there or is there something i can fo to fix it? I tried giving them all defensive positions that I built around the base and food but that isn’t helping. I’d really like to keep using it as my companion base since sim Settlements has made it so I can’t fast travel to sanctuary or red rocket I’ve been thinking about getting an all indoor base for them but your settlement is by far my favorite for a companion stronghold i was wondering if you had any suggestions to keep them on the base?
