When installing with MO, it told me that there was an error in the directory set up. I noticed you named the folder 'texture' instead of 'textures'
I changed it and tested it out in game, and it shows up just fine. However, the original problem with the armor is still there - sometimes, at certain angles and in certain lighting, bits of the armor or the character will disappear. That's not because of this retexture though, it was a problem with the base mod that still hasn't been fixed.
That's because after so many mod installs, a few things break. Mainly the reflection maps. There's a mod called Vanilla reflection maps by Percephere. It has helped me. Some it hasn't helped much.
I can confirm that the folder structure is missing one letter, to allow NMM to install it properly. Your folder 'texture' is missing the 's', and the game directory's default folder is named 'textures' (I was wondering why I wasn't prompted to overwrite the original texture files, when I installed using NMM. When I went ingame after installing, no texture changes. When I renamed your 'texture' folder to 'textures', it installed properly, asking for file-overwrites. Then the new textures appeared ingame.

I'm not so sure about the chrome tshirt, but the silver wings look cool AF, could you add an alternative file with the specular just for the wings?. I would really do it myself, but I don't know jack s#*! about specular editing
