    Two Problems:

    1: headwear can't have legendary effects.

    2: clothing's naming instance is common armor and not clothes.

    I try editing this myself but it just breaks the trader. Please fix this yourself.

    I have 2 mods adding a nukacola cap, and this will be the third. Question: can this new clothes add the ballistic wave of the raildroad?
