Doesnt work well anymore (since updates). Tried everything. Only removes non-static objects (the ones that move if kicked or shot). Doesnt work on stationary ones anymore. Sad really. It was my favorite mod.
Found the Book. -- Not Holotape. -- Went to Chemlab and it was grayed out. ( Yes, I had the materials to make it. ) -- So consoled it to me. -- Did **NOT** work .. nothing activated, ( yes I turned it ON, as I read default is OFF. )
I would not give this a serious recommendation .. as it seems .. not to work as promoted.
Since the mod is apparently public domain now, is there an updated version of it that i can download? and hopefully also have a compatibility patch for corpse cleaner?
@seraphael: On the other hand, Junkier Junk is not safe for removal later, because it makes irreversible changes to stuff, causing material to disappear when you disable the mod.
@gameboytj: I'm not sure why there would need to be an updated version. The current version still works well in my game. On the other hand, I must admit that I do not have Corpse Cleaner. I shove all corpses into the Auto Butcher. XD
I have huge slowdowns (FPS drops from 60 to 6-7) after a while with this mod. Are there known conflicts ? I'm using : - Frost (+all community-made add-ons) - Auto Loot (enabled or not) - doesn't matter if I have Zombie Walkers 3.0.0.b9 (enabled or not)
Any ideas on how to prevent a conflict to avoid the slow-downs ?
just using this mod recently and i can confirm that it still works with the current ver (1.10.163)
instruction very simple, grab the book and then you'll get 1 holotape 1 aid item, you can find the holotape on your pipboy under MISC tab ([Settings] Kor_Scavenger) and the other one you can find it under AID tab (*Kor_Scavenger ON/OFF*)
use that (*Kor_Scavenger ON/OFF*) to turn it on because by default it is off. upon turning it on you'll get a notification (Salvaging is activated) and then it should be work.

Will this mod be affected by mods that changes the amount/materials of scrap?
