Version 1.0 is now up. It mostly contains fixes and makes some perks more immersive, see changelog for a list of fixes and additions.

    TROUBLESHOOTING AND KNOWN ISSUES
Problem: Local Leader 3 and 4's effects are mostly blocked if using Don't Call Me Settler.
Solution: As posted by ShooterAndy, go into the Don't Call Me Settler settings holotape -> More Options -> Deactivate No Chit-Chat. You can reactivate it when done if you want to.

This is such an underrated mod! There are so many options if you're a designing a specific type of character like a raider, hunter, ghoul, Atomite, what have you. You can weaponize a variety of tools, have animal and creature followers, enhance yourself cybernetically, make friends with ghouls, lock and relock doors. Works great with Alternate start mods like Another Life! Great Work!

The purified water recipe using antiseptic is from here right? Also, do you have a mod without perk changes?

I like the idea but it doesn't work with perks unleashed, I will wait for a patch

Local Leader has new ranks that enable training settlers and then dispatching them on missions to do "the dirty work" of your radiant quests.

Can you explain how this is done with some detail, please?

Hi there, I was wondering if there was any chance for a patch to remove level requirements from the perks. I love all of the edits you've made btw, these are all fantastic

That would be awesome - I have tried to remove the level requirement directly in the Creation Kit, but it broke the perks (blank vault boys)

I'll throw this here as this is one of my favorite mods and hopefully this will help.

In order to remove levels from this mods perks you need to load up the base game and ALL DLCs and this mod into FO4EDIT. Once thats loaded you can go through the perks one by one !!*Be certain you don't change the companion perks*!! and change the level for each set of perks to be 0-4 so that tier 1 is level 0 and tier 2 is level 1 etc... Once that's done test it out ingame, if you messed up somewhere then just try again with a fresh copy of the mod.

Damn this looks well done, and it had to take you some time to organize and do. Thanks.

I'll assume a new game is recommended to try it out.

I know this is a long shot, but would you consider making a mod of just the handyman perk stuff for xbone? Thanks anyway if not.

Hi, haven't installed the mod yet, I just want to know something. Will alcohol ALWAYS make you drunk? Or is it a chance scaled off of your endurance. (i.g, it wouldn't make sense to have a High Endurance character be a lightweight)

Hi, the description for the 'Cybernetics Expert' perk makes it sound like it's a requirement for building a Cybernetics Station (it says "You can craft Cybernetics Station in your settlements"), but I noticed this requirement is actually missing. Just thought you'd like to know.
    Great mod btw.
