(N) Blacksmith Rank 4 unified with the rest of similar perks.

(F) Hacker Rank 4 conditions now actually allow for remote robot hacking.

Version 0.6b
(N) Radiation Poisoning now shows up in Pip-Boy.
(F) Ghoulish effects are now stronger.
(F) Minor Radiation Poisoning will no longer incorrectly notify about getting the Ghoulish perk bonus.
(F) Farm Animals can now assigned to settlements automatically after exiting the Breeding Station Terminal.
(N) Farm Animals can now be commanded.
(F) Farm Dog will not remain at level 1 but will now scale with player (not as much as Dogmeat, though).
(F) Domesticated animals should no longer attack allied settlers and characters (but can also get attacked by wild members of its species).
(F) Instead of planting from wild fruit, you can cultivate wild plants at the cooking station. (Should prevent some workshop related issues.)

(N) Vulture now highlights dead bodies while sneaking.
(N) More implants: Rad Child (equivalent to vanilla Ghoulish), Pain Inhibitor and Limb Actuator (these require no ranks of Cybernetics Expert but require the same-name-items looted from Kellog's corpse).
(F) Synth Component used for Cybernetics can sometimes be looted from random Gen 1 and Gen 2 synths.
(F) The Raider perk should no longer cause unwanted hostilities.
