You just saved me from going mad in the workshop! Place was a nightmare to build in, when Preston first sent me there and I looked at the property I was like "Waddafuq? No Way I'm settling here. EVER!" But thanks to you, it is perfect now, kudos for filling up that gaping, pug-ugly hole in the ground. I like the fact that you left some debris, didn't clean it up to the point that it shines like a brothel door. The barberseat is a nice addition too. In fact, now it is so nice I might take time off from adventuring to lug all my stuff from home plate to the cottage and make it my main base. I. Love. This. House. Endorsed!
Only a few minor details irk me: The wires on the telephone poles outside are twisted and keep jittering, giving a strobe effect. The wall on the left side of the house (facing south towards the shed) is also off a tiny bit, as is the floor connected to it. Both pieces sit on top of the old ones, giving that jittering effect. Easy enough to fix with xedit, disable wires and move wall and floor a jiffy, but other than that it's great. Added to my "never play again without" list.
I really love this coastal cottage overhaul, however I am experiencing issues with the navmesh. The settlers are currently having a hard time moving around the settlement area, they specifically have a hard time in the house, where they will walk right into the wall/window near the bottom of the stairs. They also struggle with moving around the house, in order to get to the beds that I have placed in the shed/garage. It seems like they simply teleport into the house somehow, and just get stuck in it. Any help would be much appreciated!
Great mod, Coastal Cottage is a disaster in vanilla. I got a quest in my latest playthrough to go set up a settlement there and knew I needed an alternative. Your mod is a great replacement, fixes up the ground and the house looks great. Thank you.
thanks for sharing, wish I didn't get all sorts of other meshes thru the walls and such but thats kinda standard with all player home type mods for me, and I can disable and scrap most of it thru the console, for that reason I wouldn't bother porting it to gaming consoles, they cant clean it up like pc users can.
Um, a question, how exactly dose this require far harbor, are you using meshes and textures from it, just wondering because i don't see anything that is not from the base game in the images. I ask this because i don't have far harbor yet.
Thanks, now I have to buy Far Harbor so I can play this mod Cause this is amazing! The reason I love it so much is the heavy Alan Wake vibes... really diggin' it
Wow, this looks great! You are so talented at creating player homes.... You're becoming one of my top fave home modders, along with Elianora and Shezrie. Awesome work and thank you for sharing!
