Saved before I talked to Shank, did Home Sweet Home, and set up 8 outposts for those achievements. Then installed this mod, reloaded that save, talked to Shank again, told him I didn't want to hurt anyone, and HSH skipped right to the end and Power Play started up, so looks like this mod works great so far. Will endorse as soon as I can.

I had already talked to shank before i added this mod.   i did not select a target yet but i cant seem to go back to the option to say i dont want to hurt anybody.  i tried the setstage 1 mentioned on the front page but that didnt help.  it seems i am stuck on stage 50 of home sweet home.

I wound up going back a few hours to a save before i talked to shank and it worked perfectly thanks.

I love this mod. For years, I would do Nuka World right up to the point of talking to Shank and then bail. I never talked with him and just left things at NW in limbo, never turning on the power, never fighting one of the raider gangs. I only went back to shop at the market and to do Amoral Combat missions. I installed this mod and now I can complete Nuka World to my satisfaction all without upsetting the Minutemen. So brilliant, thank you Raz, it is truly a wonderful mod.

I just feel like, roleplay-wise, the thing my character would do at this stage in her warlord career would be use Kremvh's Tooth to bisect Shank. Then, call for Red-Eye to come look at the bisected dude, and come up with a clear description in his mind for how it looks like. Then, have him go on the radio and describe it, and say that's what happens to people who try to tell me to do jobs.
This is the first time I've actually done Nuka World so I'm not sure if I can like, set him non-essential and kill him without fucking something up. But in my mind, that's what this mod's letting me do.

forgot i had this mod, took the first two settlements for raiders and couldnt place down any raider specific items (from wasteland warlord perk)

edit: also breaks shank removing mod mid playthrough making it impossible to raid settlements with settlers already in them

Why post here when it is clearly your fault?

You literally said "There are no scripts so it should be safe to remove it mid-playthrough". That's what they posted...

I tried going back to Shank to get a raider outpost set up after completing Power Play, and for me it worked without a hitch. Now, I can appreciate the moral weight behind the original choice you have to make, but I don't need immortal Minutemen hounding me for the rest of my days. So thank you very much for making and sharing this.

But when I completing 'power play'and back to Shank to get a raider outpost set up,Shank only says:you need to keep the first outpost well-run then we can get other outpost.....how to deal?

For the raider settlement stuff, you can probably use this mod to build em Wasteland Warlord Settlement Objects Unlocked. If I understand it correctly, makes it so you don't even need to do the quests to unlock the ability to craft the stuff, with exception for the following, since they likely can cause loss of happiness in settlements: Raider Radio Transmitter, Raider Radio Amplifier, and Tribute Chest.
