      Hi GreekRage

YES of course, i love your idea and your work. theres wild but flat space to build houses, water for an little habour (i am working wright now)
and hills and rocks. where its not so easy (but possible) to build houses and small ways.
I worked on many settlements in my game. so there is wright know a little bit experience ^^
also i love the much space. it ends onthe other side of the sea to general atomics galeria and to the satelite tower 3 SM-U81.

Yes i worked the non settlement version. but there a workplace so i think you mean the correct as a full working settlent version right?
anyway the seddlers reacting/living in al settlement really stupid so theres no problem with it ^^
so it wold be nice to have sometimes a full working settlement (with supid settlers hahaha)

i have a tip and a wish to you

      Tip:
As normal FO4 settlements your has no green borders while working. So I go around the hole space and checked (with Mod Play Everywhere) where the orders are and put for my notice little peaces of white fences on some points. so i can see later while working how much space i have. So my tip is do it also in your mod. so its for other users a bit easyer to find the workspace.

      Wish:
I dont know if its possible (i am not a modder)
This little peace an land to the right from the street thats sorrounded from the litte river.
it wold be very cool to have this little dreamy peace also in your settlement.

      last but not least
thank very much for your idea and your effort mate !!!!!

These days i have free time and for shure work more many days on my settlement.
so be ready for further pics from a MSB- maniac settlement builder

"Its fricking beautiful and those blossom trees really blend in ....love it."
And there no tricks in the pics. it comes all from the FO 4 light (Sunrise)

This is my next project...obviously a work in progress.

Gonna try to keep it as vanilla as possible and offer it as a settlement if certain issues get sorted ( i have a very helpful friend looking into itfor Serenity ) and hopefully with a proper template i can do the new one without issues.

Here is a quick peek... http://prntscr.com/c9oyef

This looks great. I wonder how it works with Regrowth. Only one way to find out, I guess.

Yes, the one you can see in my Realistic Sanctuary Roads screenshots. Heads up, I have a Sanctuary roof repair mod (another one!?) that has some different things than any previously uploaded on the Nexus. Ready to be uploaded in the very near future.

Yeah i found the re-growth mod and love it but with all the stuff ive loaded and the fact that i love shadows especially those that are related to night lighting...I really dont think that my GTX970 could give me more than 25-30fps with regrowth also installed..

Cant wait to see the new roofseven though im focused on terra forming/landscaping atm.

You should see fort Strong cleared out with a lagoon ...hehe..its gonna be glorious..

      Gonna make 2 versions

      a) cleared and flattened with the lagoon and some addons BUT with the central building in tact for those that still want the quests...

      b) thinking about doing a Acropolistype build totally lore unfriendly

I have a 970 and I get 50-60 everywhere except for downtown without ShadowBoost. Granted, I have the factory SuperClocked version, but 4gb is 4gb.

The requirement for DLCCoast.esm is shared water environment map (data\Textures\Shared\Cubemaps\mipblur_DefaultOutside1.dds) in Worldspace 0000003C. All your edits are within this worldspace which is the reason the mod relies upon DLC. This also referenced by COBJ:0200220C DLC03NakanoResidence WorskshopCageGorilla DLCworskshop01.esm and NAVI:000000FF1 DLCworkshop02.esm.

As to the mod itself, very nice landscaping however, the pre war foot bridge does look somewhat out of place and I would add another waterfall to the river alongside the existing one toward center of the river.

      what are these ??? COBJ:0200220C DLC03NakanoResidence WorskshopCageGorilla DLCworskshop01.esm and NAVI:000000FF1 DLCworkshop02.esm.

The bridge looks out of place (as it should) because this mod was released with little as possible placed items and i put it there mostly so people would notice that they can build on the other side of the creek as well ( sort of like a marker).
Not to mentionthat im using several "green" mods and it looks like that...but someone with a vanilla setup would see it blending in with their texture scheme .

As for the water falls i allready have plans to redo some stuff like rescaling them to look wider .
The only reason i added those water falls is because Beth... found it ok to have two different water textures in plain view thus showing a straight line of separation between the 2 textures so i added stuff to "hide" those lines.
Im gonna try a different approach now and totally change the water of the whole lake ( thats a lot of cells... )

      To simplify ..
Youre saying the reason the mod has those DLC requirements is basically the location ??

If you click Wordspace 0000003C within your mod, then click Referenced By, you will see the DLC references I have mentioned. If you don't utilise any of those references in your mod, should be safe to remove the dependencies from DLC by un-selecting them as masters.

I may be barking up the wrong tree but I think your problem could be this data\Textures\Shared\Cubemaps\mipblur_DefaultOutside1.dds a shared water environment resource.

See now this is what scares me...
      "
I may be barking up the wrong tree but I think your problem could be this data\Textures\Shared\Cubemaps\mipblur_DefaultOutside1.dds a shared water environment resource."

If this is a sound assumption then the issue is the location and cant be fixed without altering the whole upper part of the map...

So ill leave it as is for now...(not that im not going to look for a solution...)

I'm pretty sure your right as I have been through every object which has been touched by the mod and found no reference to DLC in anything that you have added, deleted or otherwise moved, in which case it is the World Cell itself. Sorry to be the barer of bad news but you need to choose a different location for a non DLC version.

Looks good, and downloaded but cannot install it as it says I need two DLC workshops (doesn't say which ones as I believe that there are three of them) which I do not have, I just have Far Harbor. I wish that this would have been mentioned in the description, and identify which workshops you actually need!

supposedly when i made themod i didnt use any other stuff other than far harbor trees and some rocks etc...

The other DLCs that it needs i have no idea why....

Like i mentioned above it could be the fact the my fallout 4 esm "knows" that i have the other dlc's installed and uses them someway...

Very, very nicely done... great stuff GreekRage.

A pity this isn't a settlement though...you should contact someone like m0ds1984 who's apt at making settlements to work together on this or to reach some kind of agreement. If and when m0ds1984 would/should agree to have a go at it, that is...

lol funny you would mention that...

Just when im about to break my keyboard after doing all the setting up of the various markers etc...

I went to do the parentquest etc... bullcrap done in the object window and 1 step from the end the CK freezes without me having saved at least some of it...

Now i have to gather up the courage to do it all over....

It looks very nice but is the Contraption DLC still needed or will you make a version without it as requirement?

Funny thing is that i only used fallout 4.esm and the plugin that stored the mod.

It may be that im using a 1.7.9 version of the game with all the DLC's installedand the fallout esm uses DLC content without it being checked.

Yes, according to FO4Edit it requires DLCWorkshop01, DLCCoast, and DLCWorkshop02. Hope that helps.

By the way I opened it in FO4Edit to find out what bridges you used in the 3rd photo because they look so great.

      Awesome job!

Thanks for the kind words... I hope you enjoy making it a beautiful settlement..

Im gonna start building on it now as well... (gonna use conquest ).

I might release a builtversion but it will need a a lot of required files.
