Radiation Removal Station perk requirement reduced. Now low intelligence play can build at beginning of game.
Advanced Radiation Removal perk req reduced. Now high intelligence players can build at level 0.
Radiation Removal Station can now be harvested for a purified water can every 24 hours.

Water chips now sometimes can be found with vendors.
At level 15, there's a 10% chance of finding a damaged water chip for sale.
At level 30, there's a 25% chance of finding an undamaged chip (valued at 4000 caps) for sale

Increased rarity of water chip with fortune finder perk. Was 12.5%. Now 1.25% (the old rarity was an error on my part)
Removed two unused constructable objects.
Removed "steel" as a scrappable component to the water chip. (why would you scrap the water chip anyways)
Fixed the dirty water bottle placed in workshops being accepted as "drinkable" to settlements.
Fixed issue with water chip not not showing up in crafting station.
