everything works fine but i cant find the pre war money vendor? the place is closed off by a wall. is it removed or do i need to do some quest first to unlock it?

fml.... been fighting with this and "better third rail" for over a day... all esp are last in LO with only prp.esp Loading AFTER and the (several other) prp patches (i guess.................????? because there 10+ patches for patches in the comments for both GN and BTR....WHY YOU SO CONFUSING?! why are there so many links.... to SO MANY "FIXES") i dont think this mod works anymore... sad... but true... but i do know this is really not worth all this confusion and to top it off ALL the NEW NPC are named "NOMADE" is that intentional? or an error? smh this is just a horrific mess.... -siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh-
The deleted navmesh is very concerning and should be addressed, but I personally have yet to experience any kind of problem using this mod. No crashes or stuttering in Goodneighbor, so I'm going to keep the mod since I really love it (you did a very good job). Still, deleted navmeshes are always concerning.
@Mika999 I love this mod, but for some reason it is not playing nice with my current playthru. Everything is fine, no crashes, but I have mad microstuttering in-game in Goodneighbor (including inside the condo) with this included in the order. Load order doesn't seem to matter -- load it high, load it last, same problem -- which is odd, as I thought putting it absolutely last and unpacking the BSAs would mean it overwrites everything, but no dice.
If anyone has a solution, I'd love to hear it. I've got 1000+ mods in this playthru, everything is working except this as far as I can tell. Load order with problem was all of this loading absolutely last in both panes of MO2: (1) this mod (2) esp fix for this mod (3) Goodneighbor Condo (4) Better Goodneighbor Condo Patch (5) Better Goodneighbor Previsibines Fix. FYI I tried disabling the previsibines fix, problem persists.

Just use ctrl-F in your browser to search for "Better Goodneighbor". There may be other patches later as I patch my load order.
Just remember to have a backup save right before installation, just in case.
