If you already have reinforcements called in, in-game then I'd recommend dismissing them, uninstall the mod, and then install the latest version.
I can't believe I have to say this but the flare has to be shot in the air! Not horizontally like some of you have done. The whole point of a flare is for it to be seen!!
This mod is incompatible with Looks Menu Customization Compendium. When both are running at the same time, all menus from LMCC are missing. It took me several hours and getting familiar with FO4Edit to figure that out.
It seems that this mod overwrites an attribute under HumanRace that LMCC uses. Anyway of patching this?

Just please don't upload my mods on Beth.net or another site. This overwrites anything else I've said or in the permissions section of my mods.
So yes, you can use this if you credit him and as long as you don't upload it to something outside of Nexus, as far as i can tell.
Items from your mod have 200% resistance from ballistic weave. Looks nice but vanilla ballistic weave is already OP it certainly doesn't need 200% boost on top of it.
If people haven't seen the bugs section, downloading this WILL break your BOS NPC's, they are completely silent and will just say "let's head out" in the subtitles, it's quite irritating.
I don't know if it's a bug from this mod but many of gunner have two soldiers outfits, the one they wear and a communication fatigue in their inventory
