Not really "immersive" since they use new labels not period correct labels. A simple Google search of the brand and the year of 1950 can show you what they would have actually looked like...since this game is based off of 1950s era stuff.
Well Jameson was being made back in the 1700's (Well before the time lines diverged), Smirnoff in the 1800's (Again, before the divergence), and Jager in the 30's (See the pattern?).
So yeah they could exist in the Fallout universe.
But I agree, the labels should be based on 50's era styling.
Love the complaints here. You can always do the texture replacements yourselves guys. Find the labels, UVMap them to the meshes, and apply the files to your game.

You do realize that Jack Daniel's is bourbon, right? Literally one of the most iconic liquor labels across the globe. Probably why the bourbon bottle in the game is square, like Jack's. In case you weren't aware, American-made whisky is generally referred to as bourbon, much the same way that Scottish whisky is called Scotch. If it's just a matter of making the whisky bottle green and it overrode the bourbon one, then I get that, but you can't really say that Jaeger is more recognizable than Jack. Hell, FO places a lot of emphasis on Nuka, which is just Coke, and "Jack and Coke" is really a common expression for whisky mixed with Coke, even if it isn't specifically Jack Daniel's.

Gotta say, there is a lot wrong with what you said. Bourbon is a type of American whiskey, not what American whiskey is referred to. Jack Daniels is specifically known for its Tennessee whiskey, not its bourbon. If you wanted a recognizable bourbon brand, that's Jim Bean. Also, why should it matter which one he decided to put on the label of the bottle anyways? The mod is meant to replace the disgusting vanilla labels with ones that can be found on real-world bottles. He says he knows its not right, but that's not the point of the mod. You can always replace it yourself by changing the textures, a simple drag-and-drop process, if you find it that off-putting.
I was going to make a wine label suggestion but apparently all the expensive as f*#@ wines have equally detailed as f*#@ labels that would probably not work out lol.
On another note, would it be possible to add a rum bottle? Captain Morgan's would be amusing lol.
