All of my mods are personal mods that I decide to share. This means that everything is the final version aesthetic wise, and no changes will be made as I do not spend time making mods that I do not use in my own games. If you don't like the colours or whatever, don't download it. You are welcome to edit any of my mods for your own personal use, but I do not take requests and I will NOT keep taking passive aggressive comments about how you'd 'download my work if I made x changes' or 'I should do x'. I am doing all of this in my free time (which isn't much - I have a job, a boyfriend, and I'm starting nursing school in August), and sharing it for free, so if you don't like it, close out of this tab and use a Google search to find something you do like. I am not responsible for catering to the entire modding community - most who seem to act like they are entitled to a personalised modding experience from every person that uploads something. Comments will no longer be enabled on my mods. If you'd like to PM me about permission requests, please go ahead, however.
Shame someone reported this on Xbox, great mod and I really miss having it! Hopefully someone from Bethesda will respond to you soon and make it available for consoles again. Either way, great work!
Howdy thanks very much for going to the trouble to support this mod on Xbox. I think you had to go to some trouble for that? I downloaded it as soon as I saw it available for XB this past Saturday, 5-20-2017.
I had a little trouble with it initially, it jammed up in the armor station, had to go back to a previous save, but as long as I didn't try to craft it everything seemed to work OK. I had the previous version & just did the XB update function, maybe I should have deleted the old one first?
Anyway it may be a moot point now, as of Tuesday it looks like bethesda.net has banished it (if you click the link in the nexusmods description page it goes to bethesda.net & throws a "The requested URL was not found." error). It's not there on the "My Mods" tab, and searches don't show it either. It will be interesting to see what happens the next time I turn on my XB, I understand the gods on Mount Bethesdus can reach down and rip out anything they don't like. Very unfortunate if they do, hopefully it won't break my saves.
I hope this is an appropriate forum for these comments since there doesn't seem to be one on Bethesda. Anyway I'm a complete noob when it comes to mods so probably everything I know is wrong :- D
Yep, I've seen that it's down, I've already contacted Bethesda a few times about it and there hasn't been a response yet.
As for the armor workbench, that is also a vanilla bug that happens. It will 9 times out of 10 start working again if you just let it sit for a bit. I can't honestly tell you if you should've removed the old version or not - I unfortunately don't have a console to test, so everything up on bethesda.net is kind of... just there. As for the save breaking though - that shouldn't happen, as the mod doesn't touch any scripts or anything of importance that would break the game were it to be removed. Sorry I can't be of more help
Thank you so much for the info - I was thinking about booting the XB with my router shut off to block internet access, then creating a "clean" save, but given your comments I decided to just fire it up & see what happened.
When I went to my mods list it was still there but there was no longer an extended description. I loaded a save and everything still seemed to work. So the gods above are letting me keep it, for now.
So it seems that maybe the lesson for XB users is that if you see a mod you like, grab it while the grabbing is good, and maybe you'll get to keep it.
I am very curious to hear what, if anything, Bethesda tells you. Surely it can't be for IP or copyright reasons at this point, so the only thing I can think of is maybe they're afraid of the prudish SJW's? Even that seems like a stretch, so...???
Please don't start talking about 'SJW' on my stuff, I don't believe that's a thing and I don't want to talk about anything like that on my mods as it just starts arguments that I don't want to partake in.
And apparently people were reporting it as a stolen mod, hence the take down.
hello, thanks for the mod, i have a brief question about the vanilla version, i could have missed something but once worn the suit presents a different body shape than vanilla, and if wearing any kind of armor upon it provokes clipping with legs for example. An help would be very glad, ty!
Really like this version of the Vaultsuit, thank you. I've been playing with the previous version for a while now and have selected settlers dressed in this (I'm using Wonder Body so not a perfect match thus I tend to not use it for Player/Companions).
I noticed you mentioned the old mod needs to be un-installed however this seems to use a different name for the esp and looks like it installs new Meshes and Textures folders too - can it be used alongside the old version? I reverted to the old version as said settlers had no clothes anymore which isn't that much of an issue but I'm thinking more of save game integrity.
Really great mod, but I noticed that it can't be modified in the same way the vanilla vault-suit can (i.e. lining, etc.) Is there a patch out there for this, or is there any plans to add it in the future?
No problem! I am a vanilla body user, so I know how frustrating it is sometimes to try and find mods! Please let me know if you have any problems with it!
NP. Actually the only thing that caught my eye in that mod is the marine wetsuit. I don't really care for the other items. I especially thought the boots look really cool and could be made into a separate item if someone converted the suit to vanilla.
No, I am not the owner of the original file and do not have permission to upload it as they do not want their mods on consoles until Bethesda does something about the stolen mods on their website.

Hmm, no. The boots aren't a separate item and I get clipping in Nifskope.
