I don't think this works anymore. At least not for me.

When installed it generates an error and doesn't load. I checked with FO4Edit and it won't even load it. It loads Homemaker as a master, but then finds an error and closes.

I thought maybe it was a corrupt file, but I tried NMM and manual install and both don't work.

Can't think what the problem would be. Anyway, shame really, I wanted to see this mod.

The only thing I can think is that you're missing a master or that there's a problem with your load order/save. I reinstalled FO4 and all my mods to test this problem and everything works as intended.

Sorry you went through the hassle of reinstalling everything again.

I found the issue. I didn't have Settlement Keywords Expanded installed *sigh*. I had it installed on my last playthrough and assumed I had it installed in this one.

Again, my apologies and thanks for going through the checks.

No worries at all. I'm just glad I didn't need to fix anything on my end. =D

Any chance of getting this as a Transfer Settlement Blueprint?

Since I have no idea what that is...I'm going to say no. I haven't played FO4 in quite a while now, so I'm probably a bit out of the loop.

Hello! This looks great. Is SKE still a requirement? I was about to download it and it listed it as one, but I don't use it. Thanks!

You can always try it without SKE. I listed it as a requirement because the version of homemaker I use requires SKE. As long as the file names are the same in the workbench then it should be ok. I make no promises though.

I installed this mod, and I can't use the workbench. The problem is that the game is telling me that I need to clear the area of hostiles first. I have used killall twice, and it has had no effect. The mole rats are not spawning for me.

I, hopefully, fixed the issue you are having with this latest update, s0mbo1. This is the latest version of the file that I personally use in my game. I have had no issues with it. I *did* start a new game however. I don't know if that will be required to fix your issue. Give it a shot.

need some help please, i keep getting outside buildable area while using this, i have done the moving of the workbench as suggestion in authors post, it seems to be in the right place but keep getting this error message.
i also have the increase build limit enhanced loaded, settle bar is empty so that looks ok.

any ideas as to why its saying this ?

    regards
    Mick

I'm not entirely sure what the issue might be, but I had some problems myself after the last big patch. I fixed the issues *I* was having, and have now uploaded that file. If this new version still doesn't work let me know and we'll try to work it out. (standard disclaimer) Have you made sure to optimize your load order with LOOT and updated your other mods?

the sandbox and build areas are a mess...did you change their size or was it like that ??...several markers are overlappingetc.

and why in gods name did you leave the radiation smack in the middle of the complex??

@greekrage Is this from the file I uploaded yesterday? I have no idea what you're talking about. Also, I *didn't* leave the radiation sources in place. They were one of the first things I disabled.

thanx, all my mods and in the correct order with no crashes, also all updated, im sure it had to do with the patches as came across this and it worked perfectly for me.

"resetquest patch_1_6" without the quotation marks in the console and that should fix it.

    regards

PS: ill keep the updated file you add just in case i have issues ill try it, but so far so good with the info above.

I'm sorry, but I won't be uploading any of my saves. I play a HEAVILY modded game. I currently have over 220 active plugins. As such, making one of my save games work for others would be a massive headache for all involved.

Would it be possible for you to use the newer version of Homemaker? I think the most recent version, 1.41, uses a different set of object Id's and has a different menu structure. This mod is not changing anything for me sadly and I would love to explore and use you complex.

Same problem here. I loved this structure in my settlement, and now Starlight Drive-In doesn't seem like it's worth building in now...

Hmmm, I have been away from FO4 for quite a while. Let me take a look and see what can be done. Life is kind of busy right now though so I can't make any promises.

So, I uninstalled the old version of homemaker and installed the latest version. I used an older save and tried starting a new game. In both instances everything is still in place right where it should be. With the exception of a couple items I had disabled showing up (easy to fix in game [open console, select item and type disable]) everything appears to be working correctly. Try creating a clean save (go into an interior cell, save, exit and disable the mod, reload, save, exit and enable mod) or making a new game. If that doesn't work I'd say try reinstalling homemaker and this mod. Also make sure to use LOOT to properly sort your load order. If anyone else runs into this issue, try the above steps and if it doesn't work let me know. Since I can't recreate the issue for myself I need more information. I hope this helps.

The only thing I can think that would cause that would be if the workshop items had been renamed (say by another mod) or if they weren't there at all (perhaps a problem with your home maker mod). Try reinstalling homemaker and see what that does. Also if you don't use LOOT, you should.
