None of my guns work far range, even snipers aren't hitting what they should range wise. Is this a bug, maybe?

I'm having this exact issue, it's a conflict but I don't know with or even why. It's incredibly irritating.

looks like the rtf in the zip has some info.

"Damage inflicted by all parties increased by 260% with Normal, 300% with Hardcore, 350% with Bloodbath and 400% with Apocalyptic mode."

I do not see any other references; seems just lite is the biggest difference.

I too would like to know for sure.

Okay, sorry for the weird bug and long wait, folks. The bug seems to be something fundamental with Fallout 4's engine not liking what I did to the levelled list but I've not been able to track down what. To make matters worse my PC died a death including all my data so I only recently got everything back on track. However, the weird raiders/radroaches/invisibles/etc. bug has been dealt with by removing the levelled list tweaks in this new version.

Moreover, I've added Gamma Gulp Green and Gamma Gulp Gold from Fallout 2/Tactics to the game and threw in a few tweaks and fixes to the ballistic data. I had hoped to do more but having to buy a lot of new hardware and rebuild most of what I'd done really set me back. Thanks for the patience!

Does this mod work with other mods like Arbitration, Locational Damage, Realistic Guns and Bullets? Looks nice.

Excuse the late reply. Honestly I don't know as I don't use any of those but it doesn't modify any guns and only the new, more complex V2 modifies recoil characteristics so probably. It'll mostly conflict with anything that changes perks. When in doubt go for the Lite version.

It ties in very well with BLD, there are almost no conflicts and overlapping records often have the same values. In fact OBOK perks and consumables adjustments complement BLD better than its own perk module.
Thank you for this mod, ElizabethSterling, it's really good and very underrated.

Onwards and upwards, the next update will be 2G for guns, guns, guns. The ballistic changes already implemented require both a few calculation corrections (not enough to call it a 'bug' though) and to really allow them to be felt they also need to be backed up by edits to the actual weapon entries. The next update will bring damage, range and velocity in-line with real life munitions of the same type. To this end it will introduce new projectile data types for all the ones Fallout 4's devs simply copy-pasted. It also brings significant changes to turret types, such that rather than getting magically hugely different damage out of the same rounds better turrets are instead differentiated by a marked increase in the range they can track and fire over. For another thing I intend to make sure that turrets, Vertibirds, synths, BOS personell etc. are provided with appropriate ammo levels as this mod definitely works best when NPCs are forced to consume ammo.

Version 2: Consumables Update is out. This adds an absurd amount of refined, tweaked and tested features in an attempt to make Fallout 4 feel more immersive and less like Elder Scrolls: Nuclear Edition. Real studied ballistic physics, trip effects, rebalanced magazines and consumables etc.

This update is deep and comprehensive. Whilst it doesn't quite constitute a V3 it's enough to say the download size has gone up from 52kb for Version 2 to 815kb for V2C. I've done my best to test everything, I've checked the files with FO4Edit and I think I've taken care of all the little details but if any issues arise don't hesitate to post them in the Bugs section.

I hope you enjoy these features!

And there's always something - had to reupload version 2 full (all types) due to a bug I somehow managed to introduce through FO4Edit where I added a useless dependency on an old version of the mod. This has now been resolved. (Whoops. Sorry. Bethsoft level fail on my part.)
