This is a short low level quest.
It contains quite a bit of dialogue (but no voice acting), optional hidden objectives,
and a couple separate endings. It should take 10 or so minutes.
To begin the quest talk to Bob on the road between Santuary and Red Rocket.
Note if you get the bad ending you will know it,
To play, place the tutorialquest.esp, the scripts and the sounds folder into your fallout 4 data folder.
Edit you plugins.txt to include *Tutorialquest.esp in the list (Note the * tells the game to load the plugin).
