This is a Lore Friendly restoration of Sunshine Tidings CoOp. You can use this mod before or after you take the Settlement with the same result. This mod uses the new approach, so that it won't matter if you have scrapped things before installing the mod the cabins will still be Rebuilt. With that said I started over 2 months ago on this one. I have been working on it slowly while adding **REAL** glass to the windows making this a long project for me as i had to work out the glass method and frankly I am the worlds slowest person with Nifscope. Meantime the CK released so I had to get the other Rebuilds updated. BUT! It means that all the extra's are in the first release of Sunshine! Make sure to check out the working lights in the Cabins!
I did a lot of small detailing on this one and it shows. ENJOY!
Now that this one is out I am working on combined for the series updates. I had to fix a minor issue at Tenpines.
I always hated the unrepairable cabin with the downed tree on the inside where the only real option was to scrap the entire building. This mod is just brilliant. You literally go kill everything, scrap all the dead stuff (I use "Scrap Everything") and this settlement is ready for building and settlers. The glass windows and lights are just icing on the cake to make this one of my favorite mods. This mod stays lore friendly and literally just makes things easier to work with as you build here. Such an elegant solution if you want to keep the original look of Sunshine Tidings Co-op. Now if Professor Goodfeels hangs around, it would make my settlement complete! Thank you RDunlap ya'll did a great job with this mod and it is still working in February of 2020!
Endorsed! I love this! I wasted the entire weekend trying to clean this POS farm up myself with F4edit, nothing stuck. Then I find this gem...I am happy as a massasuchetts clam! Guess I'll replace the veg with ganja and give Goodfeels the hippie plot he deserves.
I always hated that I couldn't repair any of the houses and was forced to either scrap them entirely or use their every single deck is melting off the front of the house like a dahli painting houses. This is frigging awesome. Does exactly what it says and nothing more.
The only minor gripe is one of the houses door isn't placed right, it opens in the middle of the living room. Other than that: Love it.
I know this mod has apparently been abandoned. Does anyone know of a way to fix the elevator light switch clicking? I'm not experienced at all with creating/editing mods so I'm at a loss at how I can make this change myself.
Dunno if you're still active, I really like this mod though the light switches using the elevator model and their continuous sound is a bit off putting, could you possibly update this so the light switches aren't at least doing the constant elevator clicking noise?
We didn't update any of the textures - we do have a few mesh updates, but I doubt that they would interact with Homemaker's stuff - he's isolated out all of his own meshes.
I was wondering the same thing. I love using these cabins in my settlement builds elsewhere, but the fact that we're building pre-broken cabins that are all broken in exactly the same spot kind of kills immersion. Sounds like this probably doesn't change them, but I'm gonna give it a try. I've got them through both Homemaker and Functional Objects, so maybe I'll get lucky? lol
edit - Nope, it didn't work for either of them.
This is an awesome mod though in any case, so I'm keeping it anyway lol
I'm definitely interested in a mod that lets me build the repaired versions of the cabins. Been looking for one for a while, actually; I'm surprised it hasn't been made before now, when there are so many variations on the Sanctuary houses out there. Seems like the cabins would be way more lore-friendly.
The buildings don't show up at all for me. All the furniture is floating in the air when I approach Sunshine Tidings. No collision. I tried to disable my other mods but that didn't help. Rebuilt is last in my load order.

Robert
Robert is finally back into the modding world after having had some fairly serious medical issues come up.
He is going to review all of the bug reports on the assorted Rebuilt pages, and start addressing them.
We will keep you posted!
