Just curious, but does this have the delay after shooting which the "original" mod author never got around to adding? It bothered me a bit that the gun was immediately lowered the split-second you stopped firing.
PUBLIC NOTICE (Four mods that are designed to work together) Because the original creator of Lowered Weapons (lesma666) seems to have abandoned the Fallout 4 modding world, this DLC patch was made by allexbulluk. So if you are playing with DLCs installed you will need to have both mods for best results, as shown below:
1. Main file: Lowered Weapons, by lesma666 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/522/?
3. OPTIONAL - Timing patch: Lowered Weapons - Quicker Relax Timer, by dePog http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24307/? Player lowers weapon sooner. Default was 3 seconds. This patch reduces that to half a second.
4. OPTIONAL - Patches for other weapons: Lowered Weapons Animation Standalone Weapon Edition, by sargeschultz11 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/24217/? If you use weapons created by other mod authors (such as, DeadPool2099's Hunting Shotgun, or giggity12345's Wastelander XM2076) , then they may require their own individual patch. Check out the patches made by sargeschultz11
after installing this mod its causing the upper part of the body to 'freeze' when slightly lowering the weapon. after uninstalling the MOD the issue still persists. any suggestions?
I thought my console friends deserved a little love, so here's 'Alert Carry' - it covers every weapon in the game and is available for Xbox One (and PS4 as soon as that's possible)
Ruining the Nexus? Your comment is equally unproductive. PC gamers want console exclusives, and make a big deal about that. Remember Dark Souls? Lets at least let the mod creators worry about consoles getting mods.
Ruining the Nexus by coming to, registering to, and supporting the Nexus?
These people are literally coming to a website that they otherwise wouldn't have thanks entirely to Bethesda's console modding.
That is called an increase in traffic, and that is a good thing.
There are less retarded ways of acting like an entitled, infantile little shit. Do you sit around your favorite restaurant harassing other customers that don't offer their patronage the same way as you do?
Treat the newcomers well, and they will be more inclined to stay/come back.
The only people ruining the Nexus are the ones that go out of their way to drive others away from what they feel entitled to.
Anywho, with that out of the way, thank you for sharing this with us, Alex. Try to ignore the childish pricks with nothing better to do than whine and troll about a variation of how to lower your weapons being available.
Thanks. As for the people saying some other mod that requires the player hitting a key to lower the weapon... The character already lowers the weapon when he's running around in 3rd person, and it's pointing when you enter 1st person. Lol whatever. This mod does it right.
When having the new AK (Handmade Rifle) equipped, crouching, and turning to the right using the mouse, I get strange clipping using this mod, as shown here; http://imgur.com/a/fMXuh
Somehow this mod doesn't work for me anymore. Before the Nuka update there was no problem but after installing the new dlc and installing the update for this mod I'm again pointing my weapon at anything&anyone. I did delete the previous version of the mod before installing the new one (version nr's made me doubt myself).
I just installed and tried it out - works fine with my usual weapons, and quick test with an AK ..., er handmade rifle. Now, I wasn't using a prior version of this mod, just the base one it's based on. Not a modder, but I wouldn't expect that to give the error you're seeing.
Are you using anything else that could affect animations, stances, or any sort of related mod?
Thank you so much! I have the original anim addon, and it was so weird, having the DLC guns veing out all the time, I felt like I was threatening everybody lol It's one of those things you don't really notice 'til it doesn't do it.

has there been an update or something?

If you want a delay use the link on the description for 'Button Lowered Weapons'.
@every one else arguing about "who's ruining what"
We don't need the console wars being argued here, thanks.
Just FYI, the M3D - Sig Sauer P220 already works with this mod.
Maybe weapon modders can make the weapons work with this mod instead of this mod needing to add more weapons added to the list?
I do not know how this works but I see one new weapon works, and another doesn't.
Any fix for this?

Edit: I don't. I'm an idiot. Somehow I managed to only have this mod installed and not the one for the main game. All's well again in my world.
