No one has put out any traits using the creation kit yet and I really wanted to start a new character with my old favorite Gifted Trait to play survival mode modded up... So since I'm terrible at scripting I reverse engineered the You're Special Book script to create a crude Gifted Trait..
Book is located on floor of ruined player home near Shaun's Crib.
You get my version of 'Gifted'... +2 to all SPECIAL at the expense of a flat -50% EXP across the board.
