General balance:
-Damage is now slightly randomized, giving a change of a small buff or nerf calculated for each hit.
Enemy balance:
-Buffed and leveled out Coursers
-Raiders are less bullet-spongy, and more diverse in combat style.
-Super mutants are stronger at lower levels, but are a bit slower.
Perk changes:
-Chem resistant 2 only gives you 75% less chance of addiction
-Weapon perks only give +10% bonus damage per level
Survival Only:
-Stimpacks are now refreshingly addictive [Removed temporarily, broken]
-Stimpacks only heal limb damage
WARNING: This is a very early alpha, do not use unless you are comfortable with the idea of your gameplay experience getting a bit weird at times. There are several enemies that needs to be balanced to make them line up with the current changes to perks etc. This version is just to collect some data from early testing.
The primary purpose of this mod is to make the game a bit less forgiving, and to keep combat interesting at higher levels. It doesn't ramp up the difficulty by giving enemies insane amounts of health, but instead aims to add more interesting ways of making enemies harder as the player levels up. In the vanilla game all enemies get harder as you get stronger, this mod makes it so you have to make a choice of which enemies you are able to fight at your current level. Let's have a look at the currently implemented features:

Upcoming features will include a rebalancing of generic legendary effects, with the intention of making unique weapons truly unique. The rest of the enemies will also need some work, but it needs more testing first.
