    Added two new files for you to play with:

    -- version 1.2a: simply adds support for Transfer Settlements to the apartment, so you can now save and share your builds or use other people's blueprints like this gorgeous one by the one and only damanding.

    Nothing else has been changed within the apartment itself, so if you don't use Transfer Settlements, you can safely ignore this file.

    -- version 1.2b: same as above but with building area expanded to cover the entirety of Goodneighbor. You can now build everywhere and, with support of a good scrapping mod, you can clean up Goodneighbor of all the trash and debris yourself. WARNING: this version is not supported, so use it at your own risk. Be extra careful when scrapping stuff because some trash piles cover holes in the ground that you will fall through into the void. Be extra careful building new stuff so that you don't block quest-related NPC paths, etc. Generally, this file is for advanced users only who know what they are doing.

    WORKSHOP FUNCTIONALITY:
    The mod comes with an indoor workshop, just like the one in Home Plate, which means that the 'Structures' and 'Resources' categories will be limited to the stuff you can place indoors. If you want a full functionality workshop, bring up the console, click on the workshop (make sure you really clicked the workshop) and type: addkeyword 5a0c8 Confirm that with enter, exit the console and open the workshop again - everything should be visible now.

    FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH:
    -- Better Goodneighbor
    -- Clean Goodneighbor
    -- Goodfellow's Glorified Goodneighbor
    -- Eternal Night - Goodneighbor Player Home
    -- Welcome to Goodneighbor (compatible file in miscellaneous downloads)

    MOD CONFLICTS:
    -- Nai's Goodneighbor Overhaul and Player Home - unfortunately, my mod blocks most of the space added by Nai's mod to create the clinic.
    -- Goodneighbor Overhaul - adds structures that block the entrance to the apartment, moves the nearby building, causing many elements added by my mod to float in the air.
    -- Gandalf's Window Repair and Cleaning Service that is a part of any mod from the "Rebuilt..." series will make glass in ALL in-game windows disappear, both modded and vanilla alike, it's a known issue with that mod

    MINOR ISSUES:
    -- The fusebox may become unusable if moved. It's not an issue with my mod, it's just how the thing works, unfortunately - the same sometimes happens with Home Plate fusebox. It often fixes itself with a full save reload, but not every time. Make sure to attach your conduit before you move the fusebox to avoid the problem. If it's already glitched for you, disable it, get Generator - Fusebox mod and use that instead.

    RECOMMENDED MODS:
    -- Dogmeat - Doors are NOT for Dogs by Ulithium_Dragon will prevent your canine companion from constantly opening the glass door which is annoying as heck. Read this mod's warnings before using it!

    IMPORTANT NOTES ON SETTLEMENTS

    I am not going to convert Goodneighbor Apartment into a full settlement. There are many reasons for it, the most important one of them being that I simply do not want to. My mod, my rules, rude as it may sound.

    To further elaborate, the apartment is not a separate cell or even area. It resides in the exactly same space as the entirety of Goodneighbor - the 'load screen' when you use the door is only there to transfer you from one navmesh to the other, and through the walls of Memory Den's building. It means that any companion/settler sent to the apartment, will in fact be sent simply to Goodneighbor cell, and probably wouldn't even go near the apartment itself - to find them later on, you'd have to run around the whole town.

    Last but not least, I have no idea how smacking a full-feature settlement (with a supply line and a bunch of settlers) in the middle of Goodneighbor would affect the quest triggers and other countless markers in that area. And, frankly, I do not want to find out.

    If you feel so inclined, go ahead, grab the CK and do the edits yourself, you have my full permission to do so.

    If you plan to use Welcome to Goodneighbor mod, DO MAKE SURE TO READ THE DESCRIPTION AND COMMENTS of that mod as well!

    CHANGES to Goodneighbor Apartment to make the two mods compatible: the neighbors and the decorations outside the side windows (including the cat) were removed, as they are replaced by new elements and drifters from the other mod. Everything else remains untouched, so your furniture and decorations inside the Apartment and on the balcony will not get removed.

    I don't expect any resets to happen, but take out your most precious possessions from the workshop and containers before switching, just in case.

    Will this conflict in anyway with PRP, Previs Repair Pack?

    yes, yes it will. Placing it below PRP.esp fixes it though, outside of the apartment theres no precombine issues, just once you go inside is when it starts to freak out

    I don't comment as much as I should on good mods, but had to post some appreciation on this one. This is far and away the best player home mod I've seen so far - yes, it's tiny, but that adds to its charm (and makes decorating it so much fun)! THANK YOU for working this hausery magic! Am now going to scour the Nexus for every other FO4 mod you've ever made.  <3

    how do I fix the interior and whatever objects or companions disappearing completely when even remotely close to window and when near elevator the entire world disappears.

      This is a conflict with another mod for sure. Sadly I'm not modding anymore so I'm out of the loop with the new mods and I can't really help. All I can say is that it doesn't even have to be a Goodneigbor related mod at all. I had similar issue cause by a mod editing... a cellar in Sanctuary. Gotta love Bethesda's game engine....

    Really Great! .... that you took the time and effort to thoroughly explain the mod and the advantages/limitations. Very well done!   I use 'transfer Settlements' A LOT and have made numerous blueprints of interiors, so I am very happy about your accommodation.

    Perfect player home. Tiny, fancy and clean.

    I crafted a cat (craftable cats mod) and he ran to the elevator and disappeared.

    My cat is now the Goodneighbor cat, I guess.

    I love this little mod. I just used Start Me Up to begin a new game at level one in Goodneighbor, and having this little apartment to squat while I level up is everything. Works perfectly, no issues at all for me.

    I am so sad that this doesn't work with Goodneighbor Expanded because I am in *love* with this apartment. 

    I had to wall off the balcony and elevator entrances to keep NPCs from wandering in (and even then, their constant pattering footsteps haunt me behind those walls). I think I'm gonna have to ditch it in favor of keeping Expanded, but maaan it was just a real fun build to play with last night. Thank you!

      @pissychildren - I believe they're using some of the furniture from Thematic and Practical. It does look a bit different than I'm used to so it's possible they've layered some furniture or it's a different set, but that mod should have a similar sectional-type couch thing (I place it in pretty much every settlement oops.) This is an awesome build btw, so cozy-looking and creative. I feel inspired to start building my own little apartment once I'm finished installing :')

    Very nice- not only a cute apartment for myself, but by using version 1.2b I was able to provide the residents with some nice amenities too, and furnish Daisy's home with some furniture and decor I think she'd like. Great mod, thanks!
