This would really be great for survival play through, and there is mod that will let you put a work bench anywhere, this way you could at least build some defenses for the areas that are close hostiles.
But Yeah I to agree with a few of the older posts about having exterior versions this there are no loading screens, well that is if it's not to much trouble.
If i remember right there is an underground parking lot with a deathclaw on a partially flooded lower level. There is a semi truck with a trailer in the floor above the deathclaw level. Who knows maybe a ghoul scavenger took refuge in the back of the semi truck trailer and made it livable.
The underground parking lot is an unmarked location in the glowing sea but here is the wiki about the place I was talking about. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Parking_garage
I second this location addition request, pretty please with kittens and sprinkles.
That sounds like a really cool location for one of these little gems, and there are so few player homes in the glowing see. It already(according to the wiki) has rad-free water, is directly under an at least partially still intact Super-Duper Mart, and there are a few feral ghouls already present.
Perhaps they were pre-war survivors who built themselves I nice little trailer refuge. Depending on how long you want to figure it took them to go human>ghoul>feral, they could have conceivable done quit a bit of tidying/building around their safe little cubbyhole over the course of the years(decades?). I'm not asking for this part to be part of the mod, unless Quaz30 wants to add stuff on the exterior. It was more a brain storm I will probable use something like the Conquest mod to achieve.
@Quaz30 if you do like the idea of expanding into the area around the trailer, I have a suggestion/request. I haven't actually been to this location, and I'm only just beginning to learn about modding(making, not using), so I'm unsure how realistic any of this is, but it would be nice if you could add extra trailers around it. They could be empty beyond some random junk and the workbench-toolbox tucked into a corner. If settlers can go into interior cells through load doors, I don't think they can, then we(yes, I have a mouse in my pocket) can use them as part of the settlement. If they can't, no worries. It can be an all ghoul/super mutant settlement, and the extra trailers will be for my work areas or whatever. edit to add: If we need a reason for there to be extra trailers/building supplies, perhaps it was delivery day and there was some kind of construction project underway in the parking garage.
I 3rd this idea. . . Umm can I do that if was the one to make the motion for this to be a location.? Anyway it's a perfect spot for a trailer Home or even a settlement location. It's almost feels like the developers wanted to do more with this location but never got the chance hence the rad free water flooding the lower level possibly so a settlement could have water for crops. The fact that it is an unmarked location means they probably never got to finish whatever it was going to be. I'd be a shame not to take advantage of such a sweet underground area. In theory the Conquest mod would work indoors/interior cells for making a settlement here but having a Trailer Home surrounded by a settlement would be awesome because settlers couldn't enter the players trailer home and knock over decorations or sleep in the players bed.
Conquest will let you do that. Come to think of it, if you use this combined with conquest, you could have an interior trailer, with an exterior settlement around it... Hmmm...
I was on about using this mod as a center for a settlement. Using this as a player home, and then Conquest just outside it, so build a larger settlement around it. That'd give you two map markers, one for your private, interior home, and one for the larger, more regular settlement.
But but... This trailer is on a bridge, and settlers have problems navigating in Conquest settlements built on bridges, as it states under the SETTLEMENTS section on Conquest's page.
They should, but I guess my settlers are SUPERsettlers, because they sort of.. teleport up there? Sometimes their glitching abilities are a pain, sometimes a blessing!
I'd still like to have this mod 'exterior-ized' if it isn't too much to ask for, so I can hop in and out w/o a loading screen, and lock the door with the Locksmith mod.
Oh, I see now. I like the truck trailer of this mod better. But if Quaz30 won't make an exterior version of it then I'll be saaad panda. But I will deal with it.
With this mod, Quaz30's own "Some Building Stuff", Conquest, and Wasteland Workshop you can have interior AND exterior truck AND campers in all the locations! All is good...
You don't get it... You can only build settlements with Conquest not Player Homes, and I've yet to see a mod that allows you to do so. Also I don't want to install Conquest or Quaz30's other mod at all. I'd simply like this mod to have an option for an exterior version of the truck trailer which was the first trailer MA added. That's my only request. If he won't do it, fine. No big deal.
The only advantage of this being a player home is that it's an interior, so you're safe from weather and what not. If you want a bus that is open to the elements, use Conquest to build your own, or is the problem that you suck at decorating(no judgement, it's not everyone's cup of tea), and you want the already decorated version?
I seem to have found 3 out of the 4. I found the one by the dam, the one by the river near th shipwreck and the one on the overpass near bunker hill. Where is the forth one? Thanks.
I'm not seeing the new one behind Boston Airport, and there's no map marker there. The map markers work for all the others. I did destroy the Prydwen on this character, if that's anything that would affect it.
Just a thought: How about adding your custom decorations/crafting/pipes to Some Building Stuff? That'd be really cool. I'd love to use them elsewhere as well.
Cool, man! Cheers on the update and the work! I prefer using Conguest in conjunction with this, to really make a Cool outpost/Settlement in the middel on nowhere. Works Wonders Together!

Thank you either way for making and sharing this.
and which file first?
it's confusing, me thinks.
Anywhere in particular it should go in the load order?

By the way, could you make a non-interior version?

Maybe use a bus? With additional armor in window.
