So, I really would love to use this mod, but reading the bug reports, comments and the fact that it hasn't been updated for quite a while kinda makes me nervous.
So for anyone only interested in Bobbleheads, Magazines and Star Cores, but worried about using a mod that hasn't been updated for 9 years, maybe give Collectibles Helper a look.
It's the most recent mod for helping to find collectibles, that I've found. Only happened upon it by chance, hence why posting it here, so others have another choice that they might feel more at ease with. Works with the NG Update.
if u mean the one that you acquire from the book redeeming machine, just disable the mod then launch the game, save, close and enable it again, every quest will dissapear
For me, extracting the files and enabling the mod ingame was not enough, I had to edit Fallout4Custom.ini to enable loose file modding. Also I only have F4SE, Address Library, Achievements Mods Enabler and MCM Beta.
I had to manually enable it in the in-game Mods menu as described, I haven't had to do that with other mods. I already had the ini configured. Installed with Vortex.
In general, any mod that uses an .esp will block achievements. Only safe mods are ones that replace textures via loose files or visual overlays like ENB or Reshade. If you are going to use mods however, there is a mod to re-enable achievements while using mods.
Does the mod just point the default locations on the map, or it really "tracks" them? if it's the first, i guess it wont work with mods that randomize collectibles.
