    This looks to be more than just a home but almost a fully functioning settlement.  The mod lacks some keyword references when checked with SKK Workshop Ownership utilities, but otherwise looks to function as a settlement.  For example, I was able to place crops and assign settlers to tend the crops.

    However if I attempted to move any settler to a new settlement, they never left the safehouse.  I was able to correct this issue using Fo4Edit and adding the LocTypeSettlement keyword to the InstituteSafeHouse location.  Now I can assign settlers to / from the safehouse without issue. 

     I'm unsure if other issues still lurk, but thus far it is working well as a settlement as well as a house.

      Thanks for the comments, I'm sorry it has been over 7 years since I last uploaded this.   I seem to remember that I did not include the keyword as a specific design choice.    I wanted to have the freedom of a settlement, without 2 major drawbacks, I didn't want it to be attacked, and I didn't want settlers to randomly show up in my super secret safe house.   I seem to remember that is the reason I didn't add the settlement keyword in.   I may revisit it, and even release a separate version, perhaps.

    How do you change where the entrance is? There doesn't seem to be an MCM menu or different files at all!

      The safe house front door is reset by resetting the ISH quest.  You should have got the quest after exiting the vault.  If you started mid game, it may not have triggered.   You can start this quest by either walking back to the vault, or with the ISH Remote.  You can get the remote by picking it up next to the requisition terminal in the Safe house, or you can create it at a chem station.   Once you have the remote, equip it like a weapon.  Then choose reset ISH quest (last entry on first menu).  Another menu will pop up, and you can choose several options.  

      If you want something more flexible, move the back door, which looks like a manhole cover.  It can be moved anywhere in the game, should have it's own marker and will allow you to access the safe house even from the DLCs.

      Reset the backdoor.  Drop it anywhere you like.

    This.

    This is, bar none, the best damn player home I have yet come across, in any game.  All the amenities, pleanty of space yet the core is cozy and accesable, a merchant, an arsenal room, and a full-scale teleporter.  I love the Institute asthetic, even if the faction are TheEvilEmpire.  Even rocks the Institute background music, which is my favorite.  To top it all off, you can grab it within 10 minuites of leaving Vault 111.

    A truly masterful piece of work.  If this is not in your load order, you're missing out.

    Great mod, question, where do you get those weapons displays from?

      it does the same thing as those racks u are talking about . u can set it up so nobody can not steal your guns .

    Very nice! No problem using this with Depravity, which adds an entrance on the other side of the same building.

    I still have the cliping issue with the Synth Produktion Mod, and yes i use the the update patch.
    Has someone an idea how to fix that ?

    Is it normal that you have to power the Synth Produktion up or should this be done with the two Mods together and the update patch ?

    Having a ball using sin settlements and this safehouse! Is navmesh off in the gorilla cage area? I was going to make that a bar but the npc's dont seem to wander in even with ramps.

      so how do u get the water and food setup . i am looking to get some good looking synth women in the place and the first thing i know they would ask for is food and water ..

      oh they are not static ? when i look at the workshop hud it tells me i have 0 food what makes since i am the only one in the place right now . but it says 0 on the water as well .

      if you go to the large dome area, you should be able to set up a well, and crops.

    so i used the tellliport terminal to go to finch farm . i ended up in coastal cottage .

    I absolutely love this. I've been using it for a while but I noticed theres like a park in the back end? Do you have any plans to expand the areas?

    Additionally I'd love to be able to add the back door somewhere else like it says but I dont..seem to be able to find a way to do that xD

    Also i cant find a teleport remote anywhere x.x

    Is there a way to expand?

      no plans to expand, I think I'm done with this mod as far as I'm considered.The teleport remote should be in the room with a terminal. Come in through the door down the hallway to the 4 way main room.Make a left, go through the doors walk until you go past the rooms with the windows. Make a right, go through the door on the right to the terminal. If the remote ism't there for some reason, get on the terminal and request another one.The remote will allow you to move the back door.

      Found it! No teleportation options.

      Also I'm reading through the notes there's a way to put a back door / manhole cover in other settlements?

      Sorry it has been a while since I played Fallout 4.Try this, go to a chemical workbench, go to utility and craft the ISH Admin Remote.You will need one plastic and one steel.The ISH Admin Remote will be listed as a weapon.Equip it, and you should see your pipboy read out a bunch of stuff. You can then go to ISH Valet>Move back door, and the back door will be right where you are standing.You also can access the teleporter from there and a lot of other stuff.

      You have a lot of locked doors that go into the "void". How about fixing them to accept Vault-tec structures. Then, at least they are useable.
