    Hello, it should be nice if you can make a version for the two vault 88's reactors (250 and 500 energy) to make them that they require more perks than the one that only produce 100 energy, because at this moment these two bigs reactors require no perks at all and produce more energy.

      I dunno. You find fully charged fusion cores in generators that have been left lying around the wasteland for 200 years, often while powering entire facilities.
      I think they're supposed to last a while.

    Hey man. Im not sure if you keep this mod alive.

    But in case you do, could you please include similar changes to the recipes of the workshop Vault Reactors (Small and big) accordingly?

    If you don't have the time for it, i'd appreciate if you could point me in the right direction in order to "mod it" myself!

    Can you do a version where you build the generator and need to insert a fusion core afterward to turn it on? You know, instead of using a fusion core as a building component itself. It would be a lot cooler and a lot more immersive.

      This is my plan, but as I said, I'm just getting into modding, and as soon as I'm able to do it, there will be an update

    I think you uploaded a wrong file. In FO4Edit, there's no recipe for the generator but a new npc named Mayor Peters which you placed in the Concorde exterior.

      I JUST posted about this in the Bugs section. Now I feel stupid. I was freaking about the Mayor Peters thing. I'm glad it got resolved. I must have glossed over this post when I was digging for an explanation. Woops.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who was somewhat bothered by it. Sure, it would easier to create it without the fusion core, but it just doesn't make sense for a 100 power generator to not be very difficult to make. Good job, man.

      One could ask why the other generators also don't require any kind of fuel. I like this mod, gives the huge amount of energy the reactor outputs a little harder and more rewarding to obtain.

      Technically they do. I suppose...? They require oil as a component. And although I know engines don't run on oil Bethesda didn't create a "fuel" component other than gasoline canisters. You could use this I suppose but it would make generators even more harder to make since those aren't a common find.

      Sweet! I was thinking to make the mod like this myself but never got to it since I never needed so much power to build this generator anyway Good start efgh58! Immersive change!

      Fixing in next version, I just learned about this issues and how to fix them today. I think it "edited" although I changed no value there. Thanks for looking through it though ^^

    I think I'll mod out the Nuclear Physicist perk requirement for personal use but I definitely like the fusion core requirement. Made me wonder as well why it didn't require one in the construction...
