    Successor is up! Doesn't require any DLC, but affects them if you have DLC installed!
    It's also fully compatible with all other mods, like sorting mods and mods that add new consumables!

      Yeah I didn't update it for the DLC since I got upset after seeing someone had made the (nearly exact) same mod I had, and he got more endorsements. That s#*! stinks.

    Funny. Food has "0" health in my game without mods lol. Also says "0" radiation even though it gives radiation which pisses me off a bit.

      If you play on Survival, you might see that due to being hungry. And the radiation... well that's only possible if you have the third rank of Lead Belly.

    You looked all over, but missed several mods.
    One of them is my own: Food Don't Heal.
    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13118/?

    It just removes food healing, (almost) nothing else.

    New mod is up!

    http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13792/?

    This changes foods and drinks so they give AP instead of HP, and it does a few things more.
    Check it out if you liked this mod
    This mod isn't Far Harbor compatible, the new one is though.

    EDIT: Check out the sticky!

    I don't understand why you added health bonus back in with the Wasteland Survival guides. 10 or 20% would be fine but 100% defies the very purpose of the mod. I will still give it a try and avoid those magazines until you implement the new AP mechanism which does seem promising. I don't play with VATS but even for me 0 AP regen would be way too harsh. I'd give it 25% of vanilla value.

      I did it because I found out that they otherwise give 150%, so I had to change the values anyway, and then I decided to change the values to 100% in order to give the Magazines some purpose. And the biggest culprit, Purified Water, remains untouched by the Magazines, so I was happy with that (out of all foods and waters, Purified Water bothered me the most, since people would abuse it).

      And yeah the AP overhaul will take some looking into, in order to find the right balance and all that.
      Lots of playtesting will be required in order to see whether I need to change the values of the foods,
      or whether I need to remove the duration effect yada yada yada. I do think that giving foods and drinks an AP effect is much better than a HP effect, but the effect is of no use if AP already regenerate as fast as they do.

      Thanks for your post, I appreciate any comments.

      The AP mod is almost finished. Right now I've got a 75% reduction of the normal regeneration speed.
      The mod is made for survival, seeing as I've edited the "SleepEffects" in order to achieve the constant slower AP regen.

      1) For how long should food's AP effects be active?
      2) How much should "Action Boy/Girl" impact the AP regeneration speed?

      Thanks.

      EDIT: Changed that comment on my recent changes to the mod that is still a WIP.

    Later this month, I will upload a new mod called "Action Points overhaul". I've already made the plugin, but I will probably wait until I have time to overhaul the current AP settings in Survival.

    This mod will include:
    - Food/Drinks/Water Give AP (instead of having a mod that makes them give 0 HP, they just give AP instead);
    - Foods give 3x more AP/s and last 5x as long (500 seconds)/ Drinks give 3x more AP/s but don't last any longer than the standard 100 seconds;
    - Action Points regeneration drastically slower (currently 75%, bringing it down from 6 to 1.5 AP/s, I don't know whether I should slow it down even more);
    - Action Boy/Girl changed to adapt to current settings;
    - Survival mode SleepEffects altered (each rank lowers the AP regen rate with 5%, starting at a 75% decrease when rested);
    - Wasteland Survival Guides #1 and #3 give 50% more AP instead of HP;
    - NC version that gives Nuka-Cola their original Health restoring abilities (otherwise the AP regenerating ability is given twice).

    Thanks for reading, leave me suggestions if you want.

    EDIT: Edited on May 15th 2016, in accordance to developments in creating this mod. It's almost done, it just needs tweaking. For example, currently the modded AP Regen is at 1.5 AP/s, but I was thinking about reducing it to 1 AP/s, whilst increasing the time that foods give AP from 8 to 10 minutes or even more. This would also impact the changes to SleepEffects and the Action Boy perk. We'll see.

    you said: "I was looking all over the place for a mod that removed the health bonus on food and water, but I couldn't find it!"
    I want to let you know "Survive The Wasteland (Hunger Thirst and Fatigue)" by SephDragoon does things you mention in your description and more, maybe you would like to inspect and compare, and find room to improve if any.

    This mod sounded great to me, until I read on how you implemented it....I can understand the way you removed the HP gain and such, that's great, but I cannot agree with the extra changes you made beyond that (the inclusion of rads in previously fine water, as an example).

    If this was just the simple, remove all HP gains, I'd love it

      I just added an optional file that allows you to play without getting radiation from the water pump.

      I had originally come up with the idea because I thought it was stupid that you could get Purified Water from a normal Water Pump, whilst the "Water Purifiers" got the same quality.

      So I gave the Purifiers their Purified Water (makes sense),
      and the normal Water Pump would give Dirty Water and a little radiation for every time you drank some.

      But, on your request, you can now revert the Water Pump to its older self.

      Thank you! Its not that its a terrible idea or anything, its that it just feels out of place with the title of the mod. I can easily see that in a overhaul, or other seperate mod for sure.

    Fixed a crucial mistake: I had forgotten to upload the actual file! Hahaha :p

    The uploading aspect is very new to me, I was so used to just downloading

    I wonder if anyone is going to install this mod
    In any case, I will enjoy it.

    Edit: fixed some other things, now allows for two versions, added radiation to water pumps, more fixes on the way.

    Edit 2: Wow, there were a few things I hadn't thought about. I now also removed health benefits from other water sources.

    Edit 3: I encountered that two Wasteland Survival books added 50% to their respective category of foods. They now give the vanilla amount of health, instead of nothing. I also changed the description of those magazines (Wasteland Survival Guides 1 and 3).
