This mod alters the vanilla pre-war money texture to more accurately fit with the the standards used in US currency straps.
Details
The default textures for the pre-war money depicts a bundle of US $20 bills, however the color and styling of the currency strap (sometimes referred to as the "currency band" ), is not accurately representative of this. It has a red band, which is only used to denote a bundle of 100 $5 US bills. The band is also striped, which is used to indicate the bundle only holds "star notes" (replacement banknotes that are used to replace misprints). The latter would be excusable in-and-of-itself, however the odds that every bundle of prewar money the player comes across, are fairly rare bundles of replacement notes.
This mod changes the textures so they depict the correct color coding (violet, as $20 bills are depicted by the texture), as well as removing the stripe in the band.
Installation
Install with your preferred mod manager, or manually extract the archive to your data folder.
Be sure your game's ini's are set-up to allow for mod-added textures.
Uninstalling
Use the standard uninstall process for the mod manager that you installed this mod with.
If the mod was installed manually, remove the file: "Fallout4\Data\Textures\Props\Money_PreWar_d.dds"

You are free to do what you wish with this mod and its files, the only restrictions or limitations on the contents of this mod, being those present on the default game assets, as this file is a modification of a default game texture.
