    Anybody who was trying to use Outpost Zimonja and having it fail to install, I just uploaded a fixed version. Silly typo in the fomod script.

    I downloaded this at the end of last year and have used it on about 6 characters since then. I chose only to have Mercer at HMA so only use that file but it works perfectly. I try to get the quest before level 10 to increase my chance of HMA from PAM but despite re-rolls I often don't get it so I enable this mod and get it. I like HMA as Mercer because the Mercer Fast Travel takes you into the settlement whereas the HMA Fast Travel only drops you outside a door I never unlock and can't be moved due to a bug.  Thanks so much for this great quality of life improvement to my game. :)

    I keep trying to choose Spectacle Island, but PAM keeps giving me Croup Manor.   :(

    For anyone having issues with the mod, make sure NOT to turn in Boston After Dark and to not have the Butcher's Bill quest activated/started.

    After you did the above and have the mod installed and it is still telling you to clear out a place you don't want, make sure to clear out the settlement that it told you otherwise before. It should work after that.

    TLDR; Don't complete Boston After Dark, Don't start Butcher's Bill. Clear out the area that the game is telling you before talking to PAM about Mercer Safehouse to if the selected settlement isn't working. Then start the quest the quest as you normally would.

    There's only one problem, the Safehouse could also randomly selected at Far Harbor settlement, and this current list fix is only fix for the Commonwealth. Likely have to get to the script that fetch the settlement FormID to remove the DLC settlement, or doing the same thing here but on the DLC master files.

    Thank you very much for this mod. This quest was giving me a headache and it wouldn't give me Hangman's Alley despite meeting all the requirements and after numerous resets.

    Interesting.  Every playthrough so far has given me a different Mercer Safehouse location, as usual.  The weird part is for whatever reason, I can send people to it as settlers (if I've already secured the site), but they don't show up anymore at the settlement.  The numbers are there when I look at my pipboy under workshops, but only the caretaker is actually there.  Is this a game mechanic or a glitch?  (Probably both...)  The idea is, I put some time and effort into a site and now nobody seems to be able to go there.  Makes the efforts to build/repair a waste of time.

    With this, I'll download and install before my next playthrough so I can purposely NOT develop the site so much.  Don't know if anyone else has this problem or not.

    Can confirm this works in 2023 just fine. Make sure it's installed and turned on before you talk to Carrington and Pam like the description says. It will use a settlement you already have established too. Well done. Endorsed! 

    FYI: I chose Red Rocket because the caretaker doesn't just hang out away from the settlement. He'll go inside and sit and stuff. Realism!

    Doesn't work. Picked Sunshine Tidings Co-op and the guy never showed. Mercer quest completed, but can't get the quest from the guy that disappeared. You broke my game. Never had any issues with that quest until I used your mod. Thanks a lot... and no, he's not at any other settlement. 

    Doesn't work. Do not use this mod.

      The mod works as advertised. Provided you read and follow the instructions in the Description tab.

      Are you sure Adelusion - I've not used this mod but Tidings was where Railroad randomly placed him. And yet he didn't actually show up in there but a little ways outside, downslope to the east maybe 25yds, just stands around out there. Wish I could move him. I gave him a tent.
