I am hoping mod author comes back and updates patch for Simonov PTRS-41 Anti-Tank Rifle. Since it worked with see through scopes framework which is no longer available anywhere.
i found this patch just now (for the scopes) and in mod organizer 2 it says that its missing the esp "3dscopes-framework.esp" but i have both this patch and see through scopes correctly installed. See through scopes' esp is called "3dscopes.esp" currently. Is that just the new esp? If so, is there a possibility that you'll update it?
It is an old mod, therefore it's relying on an old 3dscope framework.esp which is now integrated into 3dscopes.esp. You either need to find old version of see through scope or something.
On a similar note, thank you for the compatibility patch (I use it specifically to use See-Through-Scopes)--have you considered a small modification to the scopes so they don't clip with the rail if you use that? Currently they do--it seems like it'd be a small modification, but I can only speculate.
Hey, thanks for the mod, it works really well, however do you think you could update it pretty please, the PTRS now has new ammo and 2 new ammo types, if you could that would be great, if not, no big deal, but if you could that would be really great
Hope this is the right place to be posting this if not should i post it on the weapon mod page itself let me know please. Anyways here is my problem, i go to weapon workbench to customise the weapon and i can customise all parts of the gun ok but when i select the scopes part of the gun and scroll down even just once i get CTD so i cant even choose the type of scope i have i have both parts of the patches installed so not sure where im going wrong =/ here is my load order i hope one one of you guys might be able to help me out
yeah when i scroll down to the combat scope 2.5 i just get CTD, ill try reinstalling both patches again and if they wigs out again ill reinstall the gun mod again and then both bullet and scope patches Also do i need the bullet patch from here? i tried playing with the gun before i installed your bullet patch and i was able to make bullets already in chem station, sorry if im not reading something here or understanding something here but what is this bullet patch doing by the way ?
The ammo patch is only for the Ammo crafting mod, without it this makes no sense. Have you installed the combat scope framework and the vanilla weapon combat scopes?since the model for the combat scopes is the same as the hunting rifle's

*whoops nah i'm a dickhead and only installed the ammo mod forgot the patch lol* Having an issue with the scopes, they aren't there in the scope menu?.. I have the PTRS and See Through Scopes mods both installed and up to date, and i'm using them on other modded weapons. The ammo crafting works fine, just the scopes. It's probs something on my end but i can't think what it'd be.
Its not a huge deal because you still have the front Iron Sight Ring. If you aim with that, there should not be any problems. The only time its very noticable is on the 8x Scope and any reticle, but as I said, aim with the front sight and you should be ok
