-Altered the 3 "static" Power Armor Spawns. T-51 is now in the Fort Strong Sublevel (the elevator is no longer tied to "Show No Mercy" and is always accessible). X-01 is now at the top of "35 Court", though the roof is sealed behind a Master Locked door to discourage low-level acquisition.
