   Just curious, i wanna know does this make all of the armors look chrome automatically? or is this more of a "only when fully upgraded" like its max durability form? because honestly i like the idea of getting the rusty old busted up armor, then fixing it up and when your completely done pimping it out with some sick chrome body work also, i agree with the other guy, this should be maybe more of a paint, and maybe give it the +2 charisma if you can w/o the helm, and also it should boost the energy resistance just a little. (cause chrome is very reflective, so it would be like deflecting lasers and stuff)

      Ok would like to see raider torso, tesla arms with t-45 legs.. all in chrome im sure that would look awesome.
      
      i suppose for now its the "unpainted" effect?
      Would be nice if it would be a "paint".. i would suggest +2 CHA in that case (maybe exclude helm in requirement)
