It's a nice idea on paper, but for true equal armor parts it would've been nice if the carry weight was also equal amidst all the parts. Armor is nice don't get me wrong, but for robots that you want to have as your companion, carry weight is just as important if not more so. If this mod is abandoned maybe somebody can request permission to continue it and alter it on their own?
Unfortunately I had to disable the mod.No benefit from it besides its only equals all armor object magnitude to 25. Sadly Karel has his problems and this mod is abandoned. Happy Holidays to all
I know this is several years old, but I wanted to check anyway. First thank you so much for making this. I have ADA as my companion and being able to have the regular Assaultron body is fantasic. I hated how the armors made her look. But the problem I'm running into is that I also want her to have the carrying capacity that the other armors have. It seems all of the defenses are the same, but the carrying capacity is not. I thought I'd take a stab in the dark to see if perhaps you were still maintaining this mod and would take a request. If not, no biggie, just thought I'd check. Thank you so much for this mod, it's really awesome!
*Can u make a mod to make all non essential robots u create as essential? Cous since there is already a self-destruction command, i don't think the robots should be unessential while is not your companion. I already lose 2 robots defending settlement, 1 was killed by Super Mutats whitch was ridiculous, cous i used the most toughes armor combination. The other died for my missile turrets that ofc destroy anything non essential that moves lol
Not sure if you're still looking at this. But I stumbled upon this mod while wondering why automatron armor mod can't have the same damage and energy resistance. I thought this mod was to solve the problem. But I just realized it's gone to far. All have equal benefit (Yes, I'm aware this was the purpose of this mod). But the thing is, the resource requirement for some armor mod is more (and also perk requirement). It feels unfair, and it makes me want to use the cheapest armor mod since they have the same benefit anyway
To sum this up, I want some of armor mod still have their original damage resistance value while still having the same energy resistance. Do you think you would make it?

All I see are Damage, Carry Weight, and Health, regardless of which piece I'm looking at. I had assumed they were all equal values since I couldn't see the defense ratings lol.
Not 100% certain or for sure it works or not. But the photovoltaic armor pieces on sentry bot don't seem to increase energy damage like the description says it does. Would it be too much to ask for this to be looked at or fixed if it is an issue in an update of this mod?And if it is broke I might have a solution to fix it possibly. But I know nothing of FO4Edit so I don't know if it could be done.
Edit, Forgot to mention I don't have your equal armors mod installed at the time of posting.
I'm curious as well... Any word on this? I've looked at it in FO4Edit and it seems to be applying some sort of energy damage buff, but it's definitely not showing on the menu. I don't know much about this, but I'm thinking there's a chance the description is wrong and it's meant to add to damage dealt by Tesla coils (seeing as the buffed energy damage doesn't show up on the workbench menu, and the voltaic armor looks kinda Tesla-ish)... or it might be trying to add the energy damage to the NPC record and not its weapon (or vice-versa, if one works and the other doesn't).
