Completely uninstall 1.1 and make a clean save without the mod installed before upgrading! Please ensure that there are no loose files left behind.

After installing 1.3, make sure to open the Config once for the update to be applied BEFORE entering cover!
1.3 will apply new default camera settings that will replace your custom settings (if you have changed them). If you have them, re-apply your custom camera settings after upgrading!
Hey! This mod is fantastic! Unfortunately I've come across a bug where upon holding a rifle in cover, and switching directions, the animations would default to handgun anims and now it looks really weird. Does anyone know a fix? Some kind of solution? This mod is nothing but PERFECT but it REALLY looks bad when I'm trying to aim to the left and now i'm holding my service rifle by the grip. and grip alone!
Have reinstalled fallout 4 again and this was one of my first mods to install but its not showing up in the aids even though it says it's installed worked before when last played the game , no idea why it's not working now ,even started a new game but still not showing up , can some please help i love this mod, Thanking You

I highly recommend using Take Cover in conjunction with FO4 Hotkeys!
You can grab the optional file in the Files tab to add a binding for <Shift + Right Mouse Button> to activate Take Cover.
You can also assign the Take Cover activator to a slot in FO4Hotkeys' Hotkey Manager.
