ohie...I just noticed two big placement errors, nothing major, that need to be fixed. Left some items out that I need to delete, like a door in the middle of no where. So there will be a update soon.

The only thing i can say and there is the "i told you so" part, is the visual glitches that happens when removing the old buildings in egret settlement. Those are really annoying when playing in this settlement as part of the map suddenly disappears in front of you and you find yourself floating over nothing. This is probably why the Cell Ripper mod can't rip your settlement... (just a guess)
I hope that this issue can be solved in the futur and make this settlement closer to perfection
I know, I have seen that glitch and mentioned it in the desc tab. The good news, I have only seen it a few times and it only happens in workshop mode. Really, I do ignore it. Not harmful, just visual for everything that I can tell. Though I have tried to recreate it, to figure it out. Purely random. Thankfully I never seen it happen in regular game mode...
I think this mod, and yours, would do better if it was an actual settlement mod, not a save game. Though we cannot do that yet, not sure if I can when the option for it comes out. Most people are not looking to start all over, but edit there preexisting save.

How did you remove the original building ? I upgraded to the .esm version of scrap everything and the original building is back. I can't figure out how to remove it again.
Never mind the scrap everything .esm is a broken mod reverting back to the .esp so no problems.
Thank you. It is about 98% completed now. Just finished up half of that percentage a few minutes ago. As far as the cell ripping. I heard of that but only seem to experience, ever so minimum, in work shop mode. Does not bother me all the much really. It will be one of the things I mention when I do an in-depth description here in a bit.
Oh I didn't mean cell ripping like a visual thing. There is a program Cell Ripper that you can use to take settlements out of one save and add them to another save. What I was saying is it doesn't work on saves made with the latest patch something they changed broke the program.
Pictures will be upload tomorrow. Just ran out of steam tonight to do the final touches. Please do not let that be a deterrent from trying out the mod.

Just started a new Play through.

May just abandon my save for this one and just add my cell rips to it.
