Erget Tours Marina Settlement by CCrowe01


A save game file "Read Me" featuring "Egret Tours Marina" as the Vault Dweller's main base of operation
with a "Female" Basic or Advanced Character.

Install Instructions: (Recommended)
1.) Choose "Download Manually" option.
2.) Once downloaded, select open (...or "Open and Save As" if problems appear)
3.) When the file pop-up window appears you will see two files.
-> Egret Tours Marina Settlement (of the Character Version You Pick)
-> Read Me
4.) Place the ".FOS" file into you save directory on your computer.
-> My pathway to the directory is thus:
=> Documents/My Games/Fallout 4/Saves
5.) Play Fallout 4 as normal.
6.) Go to "Load" at the menu screen and search for the title of the file you just downloaded and placed.
7.) Press Select and Play.

Nexus (Download with Manager):
If you select that version of install, the download will not work 100%.
However, it will give you a link and category on your mod manager for you to follow.
