Are you using LooksMenu? If so, this will not show up in the presets section. It's in the original preset chooser ie: scrolling through with a or d when first opening up SLM.
If you aren't using LooksMenu and it still isn't showing up, then you might have another preset overriding it. My best advice for this case is disabling any other preset you may have in your NMM. This might be the case as my preset shares character slot 13, and might interfere with another downloaded preset.

Zynotic, sometimes the Presets aren't in the order they're supposed to be. It's not the modder's fault most of the time, but it's a weird bug. It might be one of the other presets, but please don't be rude in the comments, especially about other people's hard work. We're all friends here, and the mod is entirely free, so please respect the author.
Just FYI - the savegame labeled First save before exiting the vault-10577-1-1.7z is actually at Cambridge outside the Police Station with Dogmeat, pops up a ton of missing ESP files for other mods, etc.
The other save (Meet Codsworth-fresh save-10577-1-2.7z) is actually the savegame before exiting the Vault. However I couldn't use that one because the game would not respond to any keys or actions except ESC. It looks like the save was taken as soon as you step on the Vault 111 elevator and the game prompts you to make changes or exit the Vault.
I think the script engine is confused by starting after the trigger but before a selection was made, so it is hung up.
Has anyone else tried it and had issues?
I like the character look...so I may use the settings and all. I was just hoping to skip all the opening stuff and be ready to start the main game.
