Pretty much all the effects are now covered. Now the effects that will be added in future versions will be extra. Next goal is to tweak some values and adding some negative effects to reduce OPness.
You used to have an optional file for me that changed the Cryo damage to the correct damage type, rather than energy damage... Can you re-upload that file for me again?
Big update is coming today with DLC contents. 10 weapon effects has been added based on the Far harbor DLC and rest of them will be added in coming weeks. Tweaked all the effects to reduce OPness. You will also notice some changes for the crafting requirements for the new effects. This wont be changed in the future and will work as the foundation for future editions..means it will get a lot tougher to unlock the effects. And i'm also working with The survival edition. The requirements will be completely revamped. I'll post some details about the upcoming Survival edition soon.
Hello guys, it's been quite a long time. I was busy with some real life works and currently working on a personal project in Unreal engine 4. Anyway i got the DLCs last week and started to play again. At first i didnt had much energy to work on these mods but when i saw all the endorsements it really boosted me up to work on it again. You guys are the best. As i'm back in modding you'll see continuous updates of this one and my other 3 mods. So far i'm enjoying the Survival mode. You will notice the new update has made the crafting conditions a little harder. This is the direction i'm going now. Each update will be harder than the previous one until the Survival edition drops.
-------------ATTENTION------------ Now pay attention. Its very important. In v1.4 i tweaked heavily energy based effects : Freezing, Plasma infused and Energetic effects. I experimented with these effects to figure out the extra energy damages. The working mechanism of these effects are different than the rest of them. The values it gives aren't constant. It constantly fluctuates in different situations within a range between 2X to 2.5X for a assigned value of 10. I couldn't find any solution to keep the value constant as it might be hardcoded like the Dps formula. Anyway i got a workaround to bypass that by sacrificing extra damage. Now for 10 damage the result will fluctuate between 8 to 11.5. My goal was to keep it within the range of the assigned value. This is how it works: Energetic/Freezing/Plasma infused: 8-11.5 (For 10) Energetic/Freezing Pro/Plasma infused Pro: 23-26.5 (For 25) Energetic/Freezing Xtreme/Plasma infused Xtreme: 37.5-42 (For 40) The higher the value goes the more the result gets unstable. So check out the new changes of these effects and report here if you notice something strange. One more thing the original vanilla Freezing and Plasma infused has been modified as well. So it will conflict if other mod changes it too. Just put my one at the bottom of the load order to get the priority though its not really that important as It doesn't affects my new effects.
Is there any chance to get IDs of those new mods? I want to mess around with console a bit, if that is not too big of a problem. Thanks anyways, nice mod
Maybe im just missing something but i dont have access to any of the vanilla legendary effects. things like Hit-man pro and the new stuff can be made, but things like Instigating, Medic, or Never-ending are not available. It just appears grayed out and says nothing is required, no perks or materials.
Mod is broken and doesn't work. The vanilla legendaries are fine, but all of the newly added legendary effects such as Hitman's or Charged do not appear in the legendary list. So if you take them off of a weapon, you will never be able to add them to any other weapon because it's not in the select list. The bonus effects are, like Hitman Pro, or Charged Pro + or whatever, but the base level ones are missing.
There's like, 8 legendary modification mods out there and every one of them is broken. It really is amazing.
I like how we all complained when Bethesda updated their game because mods would no longer work but so many mod authors haven't even looked their mods in over half a decade
I'd like to use this mod but it doesn't recognize original mod's selected difficulty. I use HARD so I need to scrap legendaries to get effect chips to build new legendaries. Thid mod allows to build any 2 times or 3 times better effects without use of these effect chips.
I would also love to see a version of this mod that utilizes all difficult levels of the original mod, as the difference between being able to acquire the rare components for the higher end modifications and the ability to acquire the effect chips is rather significant. I completely understand the reasoning for not doing so, but I was curious if you would grant permissions to someone else to make such changes to the mod if you are not interested in doing so yourself?
Yeah I'm also bothered by higher ranks of effects have easier requirements that original effects from first mod. 3 ranks of effects where only first one requires effect chips.
Fantastic mod! As my last few playthoughs have been based around super soldier builds, first 6 were Mjolnir based and my last 3, as well as my current, are based on the (Relic + standard) Space Marine mods and this mod makes my vaguely lore-accurate playthroughs FAR more enjoyable. Thank you very much :)
I had the survival mode of the base mod installed, however when I installed this one, I get duplicates of all the legendary effects in the list. I uninstalled the base mod and installed it as very easy, but now the perk requirements for a lot of the effects have been removed. Is there a way for me to have all of the requirements, but not duplicate the effect list?
