All the items that appear on the countertop for the Clinic/Doctor stand (the 1200 caps vanilla one), disappear immediately upon entering dialogue with the vender/doctor.
It's not a one time bug, I had this happen in my previous game at my market area at the castle, and have started a new game and am having the exact same bug with a different settler and in a different settlement (Sanctuary).
