    Are the Leveled List ID's correct for the DLC? Aren't they supposed to start with 03 and 06 for Far Harbor and Nuka World respectively?

      That's actually the default but it may vary with some people. The latest Robco Patcher versions allow something like this as seen below:

      For example: //LLI_Synth_Weapons [LVLI:0011B474]

      You can actually put filterByLLs=Fallout4.esm|11B474 instead of completing the whole thing. That increases further compatibility with the .inis. That's what I do with all my inis.

    i been trying to do something like this but for the Minutemen, but i want to over write WE ARE THE MINUTEMEN'S weapon level list only.

    I've been trying to add exclusive and consistent Laser Muskets to all Minutemen, like this Mod but without the outfit and armor changes. but also add Bayonet's to the list of possible upgrades they can spawn with. failed every time.

    however i always wanted to add different weapons for the Minutemen that spawn in Power Armor. i wanted them to have Broadsiders and Gauss Rifles to keep with the theme but not just be muskets. dont even know where to start on that one.

    if there's a chance someone reading this thinks they can do it, please let me know or give me a hint to who might be interested. I don't think I can do it myself, but would like to see it happen.

      I do not have that mod, but first you need to know if that mod alters the base games minutemen weapon's list or utilizes it's own level lists. 

      i.e. I use a provisioner escort mod /www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/676 ... which had some very slight minor alterations to the minutemen npc levels, armor and weapon level lists. I gutted those (cut those out of the mod) and used the base game minutemen level lists... then took a robco patch - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/73113 - and tweaked it to my own liking.

      So then to test if it's working after all you need to do is 

      1. open console
      2. select a minuteman to get it's form id
      3. <minuteman form Id>.setlevel <lvl>

      That should reset the equipment to the levels in your level lists (given the level).
