Implements a generic version of the Broadsider named Cannon into the game. Does not add a duplicate weapon, instead uses the built in legendary naming system to override the quest version. Also adds modcols and a 1 in 3 chance for the Cannon to spawn in place of Missile Launchers which aren't hand placed.

This Implements a generic version of the Broadsider named Cannon into the game. It does not add a duplicate weapon. Instead, I used the built in legendary naming system to override the quest version. I also added modcols so that the weapon can spawn with different attachments, and a 1/3rd chance of the Cannon spawning in place of Missile Launchers which aren't hand placed. Loose mods have been renamed to Cannon for consistency.

4 generic npcs had to be edited. The Missile Launcher Raider and Gunner npc templates in vanilla have the weapon hand placed in their inventory, opposed to level lists like the others. I changed them to use level list versions because these templates are used over the entirety of the game, meaning a large chunk of potential swap simply wouldn't be used if I had not. Due to having no animation set and being unable to equip the weapon, the Cannon cannot be used by Super Mutants. Therefore, their level lists remain untouched. This is a rather short description this time around as there isn't a whole lot to go over. The Cannon is a relatively balanced heavy weapon in my opinion, and I did not see a need to adjust it.

Contains built in compatibility for LIF by a few minor level lists being allowed to scale with the player's level. Also built in compatibility for Faction Distribution Framework by adding a keyword to the new level lists. If you don't use either of these, nothing will happen. They aren't a requirement and no assets from them are used. But if you do, LIF will be consistent and Faction Distribution Framework can paint the missile launchers. Which the original plugin doesn't do since Raiders and Gunners don't draw from a level list to paint.
