I uploaded this file per request of a fellow Nexus member. Please enjoy!

Installation:
Simply add the file from the zip folder to you 'Saves' directory.
Filepath example - C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves
Start up Fallout and load the saved game, done!

The game will start right before the exit to Vault 101 and the character recreation screen.
If you wish to start a new game and still use this face, download FaceGen Exchanger.
Make Sure not to transer the face from this file to yours until your character has turned
19 years old to avoid any anomalies.
