What F.O.W.E. does for Fallout
turns Fallout 3 into a winter atmosphere

F.O.W.E..esp
-Changes over 5000 entries in Fallout 3
-Buildings given photorealstic snow texture mix
-Landscape given photorealisitc textures
-Grass,Trees, and rocks given snow look
-Distant LOD budilings and landscape given snow look
-Weather has a chance for Lite and Heavy snow storms

F.O.W.E. LITE.esp
-Changes over 3000 entires
-Buildings given lite snow texture look
-Landscape Given same textures as D:C Anchorage
-Distant LOD uses DLC Anchorage Textures
-Distant LOD buildings are not touched and are Default
-Weather has a chance for lite and heavy snow storms

F.O.W.E. Clothing Addon.esp
-Still a Work In Progess
-Beta Release
-Adds over 30 Winter Clothing Types
-Headwear, not working properly
-Scarfs not working properly
-Mask not Working Properly
-Power Armor Textures not working properly
Well What the Hell Does Work Then
-Trench Coats, Winter Jackets, Winter Coats, Flak Jackets, Full Outfits
Clothing additions take up body addon slots, necklace slots, Choker Slots
and can be used on top of your current armor. You can combine combat armor
and wear a trench coat, or winter coat or jaclet. Combat armor and Flak Vest
-Full Outfits are regular armor like combat armor and can be combined
-All clothing addons are given a moderate Armor Rating from 1-30 depending on
what type of clothing it is. Flak Jackets are given a higher armor rating than a winter coat, i.e.
-All clothing addons are placed strategically in leveled list as to conflict as little as possible with mods such as FOOK. Load This mod before FOOK if you want FOOK armor to prevail or load this mod AFTER FOOK, if you want it to prevail. Testing indicated that if you let FOOK override the armor, you still get a nice blend of my Addons due to how i placed the it in the leveled list
- ALL Addons are stil a Worl in progess, they will clip and look odd on some types of armor, like if you wear a trench coat with Power Armor....it will look ridiculous. so i am letting you know NOW that there are issues

F.O.W.E.-FelloutPatch.esp
For use if you use Fellout and want Fellout Lighting in F.O.W.E. This is based off FelloutFull.esp version 1.0.15 as it adds support for Enhanced Weather-Rain. So no need to worry you will have Rain and Snow if you use this and EnhancedWeather-Rain ver 1.1 or my RainAndSnow-ver2.esp
which uses the new weather system scripts. Just load Enhanced Weather-Rain 1.1 or RainAndSnow-ver2 BEFORE F.O.W.E.-FelloutPatch.esp

Installation

I suggest that before you play this mod, that you create a backup savegame of BEFORE you played this mod, just incase. Make sure that this savegame is in an INTERIOR building such as Craterside Supply. You can use this savegame to go back to if you are having issues with my mod and want to disable it.

I also suggest renaming the folowing folders for easy uninstallation later if you
decide not to use this mod

Go to "C:\ProgramFiles\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data"
Open Textures folder
Rename Landscape to Landscape1 or just make a copy of it

-Installation Process
Extract contents of the .zip file you downloaded to Fallout 3 directory.....The default installation is "C:\ProgramFiles\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data"

If asked to overwrite data check yes to all

NOTE: Be patient when transfering, as these files are large and the process may hang. Windows will tell you the program has stopped responding, ignore that and let if finish the process. Depending on processor speed it may take a while.

FOMM is not required but makes things easier, regardless either load FOMM or Fallout 3 launcher open Data Files and make sure that F.O.W.E..esp is checked

Launch the game and play, i suggest loading this mod from an Interior savegame

If you want to do so, wait 3 days in an interior building to give weather scripts and respawn points enough time to load the new content for Clothing Addon and Weather, not required though

Uninstallation

Save your game in an Interior Building or you can go back and restore to the savegame before you installed this mod as i suggested.

Go into Fallout 3 default installation directory C:\ProgramFiles\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data

Delete F.O.W.E.esp
Delete F.O.W.E-LITE.esp
Delete F.O.W.E.-ClothingAddon.esp

Open Folder meshes
Delete Folder Snow
Delete Folder FOWE

Go back to Default installation Directory C:\ProgramFiles\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Data

Open folder Textures
Delete Folder Snow
Delete Foler FOWE

Either delete the landscape folder inside textures folder if you did what i suggested and either
renamed it or made a copy of it, if you did that, after you delete the landscape folder, rename
landscape1 to landscape or if you made a copy of it rename the copy to landscape

OR if you didnt do the above do this instead

While you are still in Texures folder
Open Folder landscape
Delete Folder Grass
Delete Folder Plants
Delete Folder Roads
Delete Folder Trees
Delete Folder LOD

Delete the Individual files that are in the landscape folder

asphalt02.dds through waterplanemuckpool_n.dds
There are 121 files total

Compatibillity and LOAD Orders

FOOK has minor compatabillity if using the F.O.W.E Clothing Addon.esp
Modders i have used the caps leveled list to distribute my stuff in a minor way, but i have also
used NPC settler clothes, NPCTown clothes, and a few Mercenary and wastland levelled list
Load F.O.W.E-ClothingAddon.esp before FOOK.esp in you want to have FOOK armor and clothing
take priority over my armor and clothing, my armor and clothing will still be seen ingame, but not as much. You will see FOOK and F.O.W.E. armor and clothing together. Example; you will see bandit wearing FOOK armor AND one of my Trench coats.
If you load F.O.W.E.-ClothingAddon before FOOK.esp you will still see ALOT of FOOK armor, but more of my Armor and CLothing

MMM Load Before MMM, no conflicts known

XFO, FWE, WeaponModKits,CALIBR Load before or After, No Conflicts Known

Fellout F.O.W.E. uses different daytime and nightime lighting than Fellout, if you load F.O.W.E before Fellout, F.O.W.E. will change the Daytime and Nightime lighting and make it snow. If you load F.O.W.E. after Fellout, Fellout Lighting will take priority and it will NOT snow .
So use the F.O.W.E.-FelloutPatch to use my mod and Fellout together,
Load F.O.W.E. FelloutPatch after F.O.W.E..esp or F.O.W.E-Lite.esp
Make sure you DONT any Fellout.esp if you use the F.O.W.E.-FelloutPatch.esp, as it is Fellout.esp with Snow storms. Currently i will be using FelloutFull.esp as compatibillty to Fellout, but not with any future updates of plans of making a patch for FelloutSOTD.esp
