I think this Mod is bugged to high heaven. I had t install this for another Mod and now when I leave Tranquilty lane ( I entered as an adult) I am now permanently a child.

I think you didn't understand the concept of this mod. It's not to use with an adult char but with a Children! It's to help to make a game with a children have more sense, with for example your friends of the vault 101 being children in the G.O.A.T too. So what you describes as a bugs it's the mod working as intend! But as your char is adult ( and not a children) it's appeared as a bug.

Everyone is taunting me in Little Lamplight going Mungo Mungo Smells like Dungo, I can't talk to anyone, they just repeat that line over and over again. Not sure what is causing it exactly.
A little late to the party, but I have the same problem and Childhood Beginning mod seems to be the most likely cause. Is there any way around this? I'm using Shojo race mod as well. For some reason both ways to Vault 87 are open so plot-wise I don't need the dialogue, and Biwwy can be killed for his weapon, but still it'd be nice to be able to talk with them.

@BHunter Z: make sure you're using the adult version of the Shojo race, not the child version (I don't think the child version is playable by default). I'm working on a mod that tweaks the Shojo race a bit, and another one that converts a few NPCs to the Shojo race as well.
Open the console and type "player.getisrace shojo" (without the quotes) and if it returns 1 then you should be good, but if it returns 0 then you aren't using the actual Shojo race. If you get 0 then try "player.getisrace shojochildhood" and see if that comes up as 1; if it does, then type "player.agerace 1" to change into the actual Shojo race. If you are trying to play as a Shojo Child, then you'll need to edit the race (preferably in a new .esp that depends on the shojo race ESM file) and remove the Child flag from the race while adding the Playable flag). Bear in mind that the ShojoChildhood race uses the adult body meshes instead of the child ones.
I have problems when I start playing with Childhood Beginnings (I think), and go to fight the Tunnel Snakes when they corner Amata. I can't target them on VATS and they are invulnerable. It's the same in Tranquility Lane. And later in Project Purity when Dad is supposed to die inside, he just stands there and Doctor Li never stops crying to say we should leave. I did try turning CB off in order to test the Tunnel Snakes and I could hurt them then, but nothing else was fixed.
