Found this mod by accident and glad I did. Love the place, feels like a "real" home with your own secret place to shop. The bots are a little annoying, lmao, but other than that find it homey. However, I did blueprint your places to use in my RTS. That way, when I am in my own "town" it feels like I never left home. Thanks for all your hard work and definitely wish I could endorse it twice.

The house above-ground is a nice breath of fresh-air after grinding in bleak Wasteland. The home is cozy and warm, it is tranquility home with standard decorations and a well-rested bed.
Below-ground there is plenty of great features. The Den is your medical/science center with a couple of safes and a labratory. The armory is full of weapons and armor to use, nicely laid out with work bench. I wish there were a few more lockers for storage, but that is really my only complaint. Overall this mod is the first house mod I have tried that really feels like a home, cool artwork on the walls, big enough but not gigantic, nicely decorated and furnished.
Additionally there is a small city with a handful of shops, which are fun to explore. There are also a couple of secrets you will have fun finding!
Location is a short walk from Megaton, there are two entrances.

I love the mod itself, but I may... have something rather... bizarre to report. It seems when I loaded this mod up, the ability to save games was killed. IOWs, the moment you click on "save", you CTD. Fortunately, if not sadly, the moment I deleted this mod, the game could save games normally again. It's 4am, and I'm tired... I'd love to see this mod in its fullest.
Well.. I put 3 BoS prisoners I had and unlocked the cells of 3 of the bums, I put the bums all four in one cell, then put the BoS into one cell and locked them using console again.. Now I exitted the security building and the scientist, security, EVERY NPC even Scribbles the adorable ant are all in one cell.. Help? This is annoying.. I just want to lock the people up that I want to lock up whys it gotta be such a pain? <-<
ok ok, i thought i coudn't find as good house mods as RR Refurbished and Bonds many offerings (amoungst many other authors) but this has character and a good cluttered home feeling. 1st class, very well done indeed. i'm just about to try the updated 2.1 version by kade2 but i'd thought i would express my gratitude here first. thank you. +k +endorsed

Only issue is that there no flooring in the cells of the security building...which I don't use anyway.
