Simply makes stimpaks duration based instead of instant - to help immersion and eliminate healing mid fight.
Total vanilla values are untouched, the health healed is spread over 10-12 seconds - same for healing limbs.
Limitations due to Hardcoded skills ----------------------------------- * All stimpaks are applied only to the first selected area until healing is finished. * The medicine skill is still calculated for stims but in larger chunks now (every 10 skill points or so) - not perfect but still better than nothing.
