The Thermo Electromagnetic Stable Lane Armament or TESLA is a melee weapon equipped with one primary Micro fusion cell and two 'Stable Lane' cells
directing a plasma like energy discharge onto any surface both organic and inorganic. Luckily the customised Micro Fusion cell does not need to be replaced as the discharge
Automatically puts charge back into the primary cell. Any object hit by the weapon will suffer from residual energy discharge for 5 seconds after contact and will lose 5 health for each second.
To stop the player from being electrocuted the grip is made out of a gold and polymer alloy to safely discharge the grip without damage to the wielder. Some say this sword was a pre-war prototype for something even grander...

Place Tesla Sword.esp into your Fallout 3 Data folder.
Place the meshes folder into your Fallout 3 Data folder.
Place the Texture folder into your Fallout 3 Data folder.

You can find the Tesla Sword lying on the front desk in the main lobby of Tenpenny Tower.

Fixes :

Pipboy image : place in the textures/weapons/1handmelee folder

Glow addon : Place the nif file into meshes/weapons/1handmelee
