Simple mode that removes the Barrel from Rivet City Markets.
Installation
_______________
Copy the .Esp file into your Fallout/Data folder and enable it
with the launcher or with FOMM.
Location
___________
Rivet City Markets. Near Shrapnel (See Screenshot)
Version 2: Just adusted the marker so the NPCs dont stand
there warming there hands on nothing :)
Known Issues

None but May not work with any other mod that alters said barrel.
Why
_____
I noticed a severe FPS drop when going near said barrel in RC
Markets, Sometimes above 30 fps can be lost on my system.
